I called maybe…read morea week and a half before my arrival and while the young man at the front desk was really nice and helpful, the place itself wasn't super helpful. They don't take reservations? Even for like five days out. Super strange to me. I had to arrive in town and show up in front of this nice building sweaty, in a large Penske truck, hoping they had availabilities. When speaking with the front desk, I was all but assured that with my short timeline, I'd be able to snag a climate controlled unit when I came. Well, guess what wasn't available when I rolled up? So I got stuck with a unit a size down, and not climate controlled. My deceased mother was an artist and I have many of her original works on canvas I was concerned about in the extreme humidity of a Florida summer, so I ended up just keeping them out. I also wasn't told until the end that I had to provide my own lock, and ended up having to buy one right there from them at an inflated price. Now, you may say, why not just go to a different storage unit place if all this stuff happened ? Well, that's why I'm writing the review, I guess. You make your own decision. Three stars: +: customer service, location. -: unreliable, front gate broken constantly/poor security.
