So when a cracked tooth called for an extraction and implant I needed to have the best and I found the best in Dr. Denemark for this procedure. Dr. Denemark and his team of professionals made an 1hr long procedure feel like 30 minutes and with no pain during or post surgery. I highly recommend the product he recommended called "Nu Calm". To be brief, you are asked to chew a few tablets, then a set of Bose headphones are placed on your head and classical music is played; within minutes you are in a calm and meditated state during the surgery and will feel no pain during or post surgery. I truly am surprised that more Dentists are not using Nu Calm. I would also like to recommend Dr. Michael Morgan of Hinsdale (Smiles by Morgan). Great guy and a great dentist. Dr. Morgan and Dr. Denemark are perfectionists and are the kind of Dentists you want working on your teeth and smile. Richard J

I get called back sit in chair and hygenist said what I'm there for-deep clean and fillings?! Wait, no, NOT fillings just a deep clean. Then she proceeded to say ok no problem and gave me the form to sign for my deep clean. 15 minutes later hygienist comes back in to tell me my insurance only covers every 3 years on a deep clean. which is not true and I knew that! Had this insurance for 30 years and it's always been 2 years. Husband went to bat for me and called insurance to confirm it is in fact every 2 years. Then Called the dentist back to tell her how unprofessional she was and the entire situation could've been avoided! Should NOT have my time wasted by an unprofessional dentistry How unprofessional to make me come back twice with wrong information both times! AND NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DOING?!
