Unfortunately they had only one employee working who was ringing out customers and making the drinks so the line was a long one but moving quickly. The food and drinks in Australia are awesome and this place didn't disappoint. Pricing for drinks at Hudson's was surprisingly low for an airport coffee shop. We are so used to paying an arm and leg for food and drinks at the airport around the world. So when you get things at regular price the experience is even better. Awesome spot to get something before getting on a long flight. It puts you in a great mood before you get on a long flight. Food was horrible on the flight and I didn't try so I was happy I got a milkshake in my body to keep it in good shape for the journey.

Very handy alternative pre-customs (particularly if you don't have lounge access or spending time with other non-travellers before heading in to the gate/waiting area).

There are a few tables inside and a few chairs and tables outside as well. This morning I had an espresso and the Big Ox Breakfast, which is really big! It comes with 2 eggs scrambled (felt like 3 - you can also get your eggs fried), buttered toast, grilled tomato, baked beans, bacon, and your choice of chorizo or beef sausage. I got the beef sausage - it was lovely! Very well seasoned and tasted like thyme and sage. I also took a bbq pork bun to go for lunch. At $25 it's not a cheap breakfast, but I got a lot of food early in the morning, which was worth it to me. I will come back!
