Manesha & Koti are both excellent! I moved to the valley from Maryland last year . Manesha was the first person to do my eyebrows& Koti was the first person to do my hair. I have not gone to anyone else since then .(not even at home) I'm very plain with my hair, but I've seen Koti do an awesome job on many different styles. Unfortunately, after my experience today, I will no longer be returning, giving this place my business, or recommending it to others. I had a brow threading appointment scheduled for 2 PM that I booked three weeks in advance at my last service. I'm also taking a trip tomorrow, which is why I made sure to book my appointment ahead of time. At 10:30 AM, I reached out to confirm that the brow lamination and tint were included with my appointment. They responded that the brow artist (the owner) who was scheduled to do my brow threading had to leave early for the day and asked me to come in at 12 PM or 1 PM instead. I explained that I would not be able to make either of those times because I had already planned my day around the 2 PM appointment, which I had booked weeks in advance. I ultimately rearranged my workday and moved several things around so I could make the appointment, especially since this was such a last-minute change on their end. I drove 30 minutes in the middle of the day to get there and arrived at approximately 1:20 PM. When I arrived, I was told that they couldn't see me because I wasn't able to make the 1 PM time and arrived at 1:20 PM instead. Before I even arrived, they had already told me over text that the only option would be to reschedule for Wednesday because they were closed on Tuesdays. I explained that this was not a realistic option because I'll be taking a trip tomorrow and that I should have been given more notice about the schedule change instead of being asked to rearrange my day at the last minute. Now, at 4 PM the day before my trip, I'm left scrambling to find a new place to get my brows done, which has added unnecessary stress to an already busy day. I have never had an issue with the quality of their work, which makes this experience even more disappointing. As a business owner, your number one priority should be taking care of your customers, especially long-term customers who have supported your business for years. Instead, the only response I received was essentially, "We changed your appointment, and it's your fault that you couldn't make it within the timeslot we provided 2 hours prior so we can't see you." It goes to show that as the business has grown, the level of care and consideration for long-term clients has gone down. I understand that things come up, but as a business owner, she should have been the one accommodating me or trying to figure out a solution rather than leaving me hanging after the changes were made on their side. After six years of being a customer, I expected much more consideration. Unfortunately, this experience was enough for me to decide that I will not be returning, giving this place my business, or recommending it to others.

Nadia was very friendly! We called late on a Sunday asking for same-day appointment. I could tell she wanted to wrap up her day but was willing to squeeze in his cut. We agreed to a time and when we arrive, we were greeted. We only waited a short time before someone came to shampoo his hair. While that was happening, in true last-minute form, I asked if there was any chance I could get a wash and blow dry. I gave her an out - and said NO is an acceptable answer given how late in the day it was and the thickness of my hair. Again, Nadia was agreeable and had another gal to do this (missed her name but very sweet and skilled at blow dry). My son has longer hair, passed his chin and was very happy with the cut that she gave him. I was also very happy with my wash and blow dry. What drew me to the salon was the positive reviews and the reasonable prices. I can attest Nadia's salon is an excellent value!! Quality service, at a small salon, for great rates. Gives a local "regulars" vibe, and for those with lots of thick and/or curly hair...they are not afraid and can work with this type of hair well.

I showed up and she asked me to pay $80 on top of the Groupon deal (which was roughly around $30). She said it didn't cover color just root touch up (the Groupon literally said hair color, which is false advertising). We finally agreed on $90 which was extremely generous. She did my hair (my scalp was burning, to which she said I was "sensitive"- hopefully I don't have further reactions..) she cut off way too much of my hair will take me months to grow back, dyed my hair way too dark ( looks dark brown but I asked for a light to medium brown) and didn't even do a full color which I didn't argue about because she called me cheap thinking she was funny...I tried to have compassion for her because she was telling me her problems and I felt bad. In the end, I started to pay her and she straight up lied and said we agreed on $120 instead of $90. She threw a huge fit, embarrassed me, threatened to call the police and even tried to yank my apron at one point. The owner of the salon she works at further attacked me and said I was embarrassing her in her salon, instead of hearing my perspective and resolving the issue. In the midst of many people attacking me mentally and making me feel unsafe, I paid this lady and left. I honestly feel hustled. We get our hair done to feel pampered, this was traumatizing. The salon itself was pretty low quality but I tolerated it because I have a high level of Empathy and just knew her business was struggling after covid. It's still not a reason to hurt people, attack them, and gaslight/ manipulate them. I would have given her further business and tipped her well ( contrary to her belief, I am actually a generous tipper).
