So, how often do you go back to a retailer because of a good experience and get another one? Sadly/strangely enough it's why I wait for multiple visits before giving a review and my opinion.
Personally I don't like a one-time visit review because it really can be a one-off experience.
This visit was Pricing handsets and asking for info on new contracts (because all my contracts are expiring)... "Here's what we can offer in the shop, but I recommend calling and negotiating to keep all your contracts"... As most stores, (I'm guessing) they are paid to sell things and to hit KPIs, yet I keep going to this store an they keep getting me better prices and conditions by giving me the 'low-down' on how to get the best deal...
