The first place I brought it to said it would cost $230, which was a lot more than I was willing to pay. I found MPS after a Google search, and they were extremely polite and helpful on the phone. Not only that, but they were only asking $149 for the repair! We brought it in, they were just as nice in person as on the phone; and although they normally do screen repairs within an hour or so, we had arrived at the shop very late in the day, so we had to come back the following morning. We picked it up the next day, and it was as good as new - I'm typing this review on it right now! I strongly recommend MPS for anyone, but particularly for those who have quite a high-end phone and have despaired of having it repaired for a reasonable price - I was going to sell my Z1 on ebay for parts! The 2nd time the same thing happened with the screen but not only did I pay full price, the store attendant misplaced my sim card in another customers phone and gave it back to them causing me to have to wait for half an hour while they scrambled to find whos phone my sim card was in, and of course that customer had already left so I had to come back the next day just to retrieve my sim card that they lost. The last time I came in I was just a few days within the warranty. After I got back to the store to pick my phone up later that afternoon I was then informed that my Digitizer was dented thus why my screen was going white and blurry, and was made to pay full price. It would have been very nice to know that my digitizer was dented the first time instead of neglecting information to get more money out of your customers. Worst customer service I've ever experienced, do not go here.

The shop is more focused on phones and Games they forget that they're a HIFI store. If I come in wanting to buy something I saw on the website I expect it to be there. I don't plan on waiting a week (that's express post by the way) for something I could buy at Sanity. Sure, the price at Sanity may be more money, but at least they have what I want there and then. So, just a word of advice, call ahead - don't be disappointed, because the "find my store" part doesn't always appear accurate.

Like many other sufferers out there, the list goes on. At first, when I went to complain about all these inconvenient things happening with my Optus provider, I was ready to start bashing walls and start knocking things over- my frustration had peaked. Luckily, for everyone that never happened. I spoke to the staff there about the issues I had with the telephone company and they actually listened and actually went and fixed it. No hassles, no drama. Problems were solved within 24 hours or for some issues less than 2 minutes. The team at the Optus 'Yes' store in Mt Ommaney have the best customer service of any telecommunications company I've ever encountered. They must see plenty of angry and complaining customers, however, they're able to still remain calm and professional throughout it all and solve most of the issues. Great team!
