If I could give zero stars, I would.
My experience with Phone Experts Strathpine has been nothing short of disgraceful. I was sold a "protective" screen with all the usual sales talk -- that it would last, protect my phone, and be worth the money. Just over a month later, it was already damaged. So much for "protection." Absolute scam.
The real issue, though, was what happened next.
On a Sunday, my 74-year-old mother went in to either get it replaced or refunded. Instead of taking responsibility for selling a clearly poor-quality product, they convinced her to buy another screen -- this time at "half price." That's not customer service, that's taking advantage of someone.
And it gets worse.
The woman there, who claimed to be a manager, showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic human decency. When confronted about the situation, rather than offering a reasonable solution or even attempting to contact the owner, she escalated things by calling security -- on a 74-year-old woman. Let that sink in.
If I were a business owner and had someone like that representing me, I'd seriously question whether I should even be open. That kind of behaviour doesn't just lose customers -- it destroys trust entirely.
Between the low-quality products, the questionable sales tactics, and the appalling treatment of customers, I strongly recommend staying far away from this place.
