Hello. My name is Clumsy. So clumsy that I spectacularly dropped my iPhone recently on the road and surprise, surprise it did not escape unscathed. The back case shattered. And, once upon a time my OCD-self would have been sent into a tailspin that my phone was now "ruined" but I was rather enjoying its fractured look until the backing started to splinter and bits were falling out. I'd walked past Jack's many times en route to Central station but never took notice that they replace cracked screens for a steal. Popping in, I thought there'd be a reasonable wait for the back to be replaced but in as quick as you could close your eyes and say "Superkalafragalistic" I had my phone back in my hand sans crack. I spent a week working in Brisbane CBD and every day I passed this shop. I have an iPhone that has an intermittently faulty screen and I popped in to see if the screen could be replaced. He cleaned it, charged it and kept it for the day to see if he could see the fault and when I went back he told me that it seemed to be working fine so he recommended I keep an eye on it to see if the fault returns. Really helpful and not even a service charge for looking at it. That evening, my daughters iPhone screen shattered so I dropped it in the next day and it was sorted and working again like new.
