The young man who came to my home ( Bryce) was respectful, honest, patient and thoughtful. He spent time on the laptop at the home and then took it away to the office and returned it the next day. He also suggested that she buy a new printer. The following week she had trouble with her Netflix so she called a different technician. He fixed the Netflix problem and then had the sense to ask if any other devices were malfunctioning. She mentioned her printer problems and he quickly diagnosed and fixed that too. When David replaced the screen he broke both speakers. When I returned to David for repair he told me to buy new speakers and he will fit them - but no guarantee that he wouldn't break something else in the process.
