Need a new iphone case? Perhaps one that is pink, bejeweled, or has hello kitty on it? If so, I…read morerecommend you check out i-MAD in the Elizabeth Arcade. The Elizabeth arcade has a strange layout to it. It starts at the top with the boutique fashion stores, ends with a bunch of Asian resturants and right in the middle are a few really random shops like i-MAD. With barely enough room to swing a cat in this store, it has a suprising range and amount of i-phone, i-pod, and i-pad parafenailia lining its walls. I am an android person myself but I will often tease my yuppie doctor sister for buying into the i-phone phenomena. This store really is for all those people that will attempt to make their generic i-device personal by attaching a case to it. Ok ok , so I might be showing my anti-mac bias here quite a bit. Nonetheless, this store does actually have a rather nice range of accessories for your i-device. Cases range from simple colours to elaborate and shiny designs. Worth a look if you are in need of a new one.

But there is a real appeal to this place, with the eye-catching and at times outlandishly ridiculous creations (from the ultra-sleek minimal to the ostentatiously diamante-studded) shouting at you from the cluttered shop windows. When I visited toying with the idea of changing up my case style, there was apparently a 'SALE' on,with the biggest discounts I saw being in the order of 'was $24.95 now $20'. Some of their interlocking hard-cases caught my eye, but at around $50 I couldn't justify the purchase.
