I was 9 weeks pregnant (miscalculated) and after her quick ultrasound, told me that I had an ectopic pregnancy that would require surgery, I was in her office for no more than 15 minutes and quickly rushed out to get a more in depth ultrasound elsewhere. This was my first pregnancy and was not anticipating this type of care. After that horrible interaction, I decided to give it another go with Dr. Hayes / Nurse Tiana they were amazing! Nurse Stacy that draws blood is also truly amazing. If only the front desk actually knew how to do their jobs, I would've stayed with Optum. I missed my appt , and was told they would call me back the following week to reschedule , they never called and I when I called on Wednesday it was like pulling teeth trying to get put on the schedule bc they never provided me availability and I was asking all the questions. There's 3 people out of the 40+ staff members that are actually qualified to work with the general public , I don't know how this location is still up and running.

Dr. Chaudhary stays on top of my tests, health concerns, medication and overall well being. She is so thorough at every appointment. She encourages you to ask questions because she wants you to understand your health. I also appreciate the office staff because they always do such a great job with getting your referrals done, contacting the pharmacy and just making sure all your paperwork gets processed. I always lose my lab worksheet, but they never make me feel bad about it. I had two visits before my new Insurance took effect. Once it did, I selected Dr. Chaudhary as my primary care physician. It's a great location, easy to get to off of the 405 freeway, the office is neat, clean and organized. If you need a primary care physician, I highly recommend Dr. Chaudhary.

I've been to each of the multiple locations, and all of them are clean and easy to get in and out of. The newer office by the Long Beach Traffic Circle is especially nice. Wait times are very reasonable, I'm typically seen within 5-10 minutes... and to be fair, half the time that's because I'm walking in right at the last minute. As for Dr. Chaudhary, she's been great. She actually listens, takes her time, and explains things in a way that makes sense. She has a good balance of being gentle but also straightforward, which I personally like. I've never felt rushed, and she's open to talking through different options instead of just immediately prescribing something. I've also seen a few of the nurse practitioners and they've all been pleasant. If you're on the fence because of reviews, I'd just say go see for yourself and form your own opinion. I've recommended her to friends and family and would continue to do so.

We checked in the lobby on the 2nd floor where Brian in admitting greeted us with a smile and assisted us with paperwork. Patients are prepared for surgery in a large room that is well lit, clean and organized. Beds are lined up in a row, separated with curtains, surrounded with the latest medical devices. My husband was put at ease by Betty, a compassionate nurse who checked his vital signs and Jean who worked on his chart. At least 2 nurses & the anesthesiologist verified his name, procedure being done and marked the site being operated on. The surgery went well! Thanks to his Ophthalmologist & surgeon Dr. Carlos Martinez and the well trained staff who worked as a team. Patients are required to have someone drive them home and preferably stay with them after surgery. A safe place to have your outpatient surgery.

(By the way, I have worked in the healthcare industry for the past 24 years). Well I just went in on a Sunday morning and for a minor issue and filled out all of their information online (I've been to this location before with no issues) and everything was fine until the receptionist asked me for my credit card information to "keep on file". Listen: I have full health insurance and I'm NOT leaving a credit card on file with all the healthcare fraud! She claimed it was because it's on a "Sunday and their system doesn't work on Sunday". What about people in the community that don't have credit cards, but have health insurance? I told them I'm happy to pay my out of pocket as normal but they said they must have a credit card and handed me a slip of paper with their policy. I left without service. I will definitely be placing a formal complaint. And yes, I have many credit cards but I'll be damned if I leave one "on file" when I have medical insurance. By the way - I went to ContinuEM Urgent care on Palo Verde and South and got excellent service! No credit card needed and the doctor was super professional and thorough. Hi, Like with most…read morethings I am sporadic and my health is too. A couple months ago my body decided to betray me. With my busy schedule it's difficult to get an appointment on my timing. I have Kaiser insurance and going through them = "We have an appointment Wednesday 28th.. of 2018!" Yeah, well that isn't going to work and who has time to check in for cancellations etc.? Well I do at times, but I refuse to do so. I was NOT okay enough to know I needed a doctor, but not bad enough for Kaiser-wait-a-long-ass-time-Urgent-Care. SOOOO I yelped walk in clinic. Arrived to a business center looking building. 2nd floor, door to the left after exiting elevator and there I was... (They close for lunch from 12:00pm -1:00. They have to eat. duh) I went in, 10 min wait. $49 later.. diagnosis, a prescription for prednisone that had me swollen like a blow fish (necessary) and a free follow up (10 day timeframe) I was out the door. Oh and a note to be off work for a couple weeks (Which she gave me the option to still go but with all the restrictions in the world) I appreciated her options. I was able to be at work and just sit pretty while getting paid. Thanks!!!! Dr. Archna was great. Very sweet personality and took genuine concern. She has been monitoring my progress and although having insurance, I am more than willing to pay out of pocket for her. Location is clean and staff is nice. Oh, this medical clinic does not cater to children, so don't waste your time bringing in the kiddos. My first appointment, Dr Samuel Benjamin orders a few things, I was scheduled, then they said that DR didn't perform those procedures, so I was rescheduled but they needed a referral... for their OWN in-house dr. So the ball was dropped there on their end. Then they did it again.. luckily the office supervisor was right there and she heard. She had the staff re-schedule me with the correct dr. The Dr himself is caring. Dr. Samuel Benjamin took time to listen to me but we just didn't click so I started seeing a FNP, Ms. Binbin Zheng.. the reasons for visits were fairly quick but she listened to me. She didn't drag the appointment but also didn't made me feel rushed. She dresses so professional, I highly recommend her. Ok, i increased it to one more star. They answer phone calls and if you send them a message through the patient portal, they call back. They called me before a tele-health appointment too which I thought was a nice heads up. Other than that, they have their own parking lot, it's spacious. The entrance to the office is right in front of it. It's dusty but clean, somewhat spacious.
