The place itself is located in a business plaza and is a bit smaller than other offices, however we enjoyed the smaller office as it relieved the stress that you get when entering large hospital like buildings. The waiting area and check in area is comfy and the staff is kind. I liked that check in was a breeze and that you were never really waiting with more than one other party. The bright colors of the furniture make it more comforting than a doctor's waiting room. My health care provider is Katrina Lee and my husband's is Mayra Corona, both of whom are very friendly, while also very knowledgeable. When going through our lab results and providing medical check ups, we are always given factual information and ways to better our health. Getting our prescriptions to our pharmacy often takes less than a day, and we aren't kept waiting long prior to our appointment start time. Although it's dependent on your insurance, I enjoy that our copay isn't high here, and it's easy to make appointments, get Rx refills, and to leave a message and know they will get back to us soon. Overall, highly recommend this practice!

If I could give zero stars to iHealth, I absolutely would. I found this doctor's office on Yelp…read morelast year and trusted the reviews, but my experience was the complete opposite. From the moment I arrived, everything felt unprofessional. The staff seemed unorganized, no one appeared to know what they were doing, and they still have my ID -- which I've been calling repeatedly to get back. They referred me for bloodwork but never followed up to confirm if I completed it, never called with results, and never checked in about anything. When I first visited, I explained the issues I was having with my feet and other concerns, but nothing was taken seriously. Instead, the staff spent most of the time talking among themselves in Tagalog. Whether it was intentional or not, it made me feel ignored and uncomfortable. On top of that, they never sent the referrals I requested. They told me they didn't want to go through the process required by my insurance, and because of that, nothing ever got done. No follow-up, no communication, nothing. I've been trying to call just to get my ID mailed back and to let them know I won't be returning, but even that has been a struggle. This was my first and last visit. The entire experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and honestly unacceptable. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The previous time I did this, I was able to go during my lunch break. Here's what happened this time. First I got an email from PDS Medical on 12/24/25 reminding me I have an appointment on January 7th, 2026. I confirmed the appointment. Then I get an email on 12/30/25 reminding me I have an appointment and letting me know that I can save time by using e check-in. Done. I checked in using the online portal. Finally. I got a text message the morning of my appointment on Jan 7th again reminding me I have an appointment. Confirmed! My appointment was at 1:30pm, so I took a lunch break from 1:00pm-2:00pm. I showed up at 1:15pm. Checked in at the front desk. The receptionist, a very nice lady named Esmeralda charged me my $70 copayment. She emailed me my receipt. Receipt received in my email at 1:17pm. I waited in the lobby patiently. I was then called in at my appointment time exactly at 1:30pm. The assistant took my blood pressure & weight, then escorted me to the waiting room at 1:35. I sat in the waiting room until 2:00pm! Christine V. never showed up! I heard her walk into a room of a patient that showed up after me at 1:58pm! There was no communication from the staff letting me know they were short staffed. Nor was there any communication for warning me that the wait would be longer than expected. I left as soon as my lunch break ended 2pm (and returned to work late). I did let the nice receptionist know that no one ever came in the room to see me. She could tell I was upset when I walked out. Do you think anyone called me to apologize? No! Not during the drive home, nor during the remainder of the afternoon or evening! The next day I got a message from the MyChart portal letting me know my prescription refill was denied. The portion I paid for my blood work on 12/24, and the $70 copay for the office was a waste of money!

Right off the bat the girl at the front desk was supposed to charge my card $125.00 but accidentally charged it $1,250.00. They immediately reversed it but of course refunds do not go back on your card right away it typically takes 5-7days. But they proceeded to tell me I still had to pay while I was there even though that $1,250.00 had come out of my account. I refused and they said they would keep my card on file to charge when I got the refund. Then one of the girls from the front desk was the one who was going to take my blood. She clearly had very little idea what she was doing and ended up having to go get the doctor to take my blood because she couldn't get it (left a huge bruise on my arm) the doctor wasn't much better but at least got the blood that was needed (she left a huge bruise on my hand). I come to find out later that NONE of them are actual phlebotomists, they just have on the job training of how to take blood. They told me the results would take 3-5 days to come back. It has been 11 days today so I called the office and insisted on getting an update. The girl called quest then called me back to say they 'left my blood outside for too long for quest to come pick it up so the temperate of the blood was not what it was supposed to be for it to be tested' so quest was not able to test it. But that I could come back there 'free of charge' to do the blood test again or I could just go straight to quest myself to have them take my blood but I would have to pay quest for that again for that and to test the blood. So me paying them would have been for absolutely nothing but going through the headache of being charged an extra thousand dollars and getting horrible bruises on me because I would have to go straight to quest to have the blood done anyways. I asked the front desk girl to just give me a full refund because this has been terrible and I will just go straight to quest. She couldn't get me a manager or higher up on the phone, she could only give me a managers email address. My advise - go literally ANYWHERE else but here if you want to be taken care of properly. Do not trust these people with something as important as your health.
