Jack failed…read moreto check the AC unit secondary drain line located in the master bath was installed incorrectly. The condensate line uses gravity to drain the water. So Water tricked down the drain for weeks till we could get the issue fixed. After this incident I went to check my AC unit drain lines and it seems like I have the same scenario, the left pipe was installed at an incline lacking the slope needed to drain. I hired Jack to back check the contractors work, that's why it's called a third party inspection. These guys are expensive, I would NOT recommend.

Accidents happen and I totally understand that, I would never have expected him to fix the damage done (it was pretty minimal, a smallish hole near the drain) but I do expect people to have a certain degree of honesty. I could have used the shower without even looking and done some serious damage to my bathroom. He also included things like "ugly plumming work" as a damage. The plumming works fine and no one can see if your plumming is "pretty" when its under the sink. Maybe next time I need to put some glitter or pony stickers on it.
