When I said I wanted to get the phone and the deal that I was offered the deal was no longer available on Black Friday. The Indian female in the Southampton store was absurdly rude, and obviously did not want any business other than high commission sale. "We do not sell phones here if you want a phone go to Apple". When I asked how much the phone is all she would reply was with how much it was per month times the 36 month plan". "$929 minus a $350 trade and equals $579 divided by 36 months equals $16.08 a month. "No that's not how it works, it's $28 a month. She is a liar and the thief and should be fired. My new phone worked for less than 24 hours before having to go back in here where I spent 2 more hours trying to get new Sim card in and my phone working - where they couldn't get it activated. Verizon store sent me home telling me to call Verizon in the morning where they will resolve the issue, and I spent 3 more hours on the phone with verizon that didn't work! I had to go back in for 3rd day in a row and spent 4 more hours in the store. Nearly 8 hours in 3 days in this store!! Just to have a working phone! Turns out the problem was all due to the smart watch, which isn't even working correctly after the fact. On top of it, as I was leaving the store, Kim Was making passive-aggressive comments as I walked out! So unprofessional I spent 200+ bucks on ubers trying to get their mistakes resolved. On top of this, they sold me a galaxy watch 5 and the girl Kim who sold it to me didn't tell me that if I return it, there is a $50 re stock fee!! The guy Ronald tells me afterward! Who does that?? We chatted briefly with the man behind the counter and went shopping. One hour later, both had been repaired perfectly. It was a rough hour without my phone, but now it's good as new. The guy who repaired our phones was fantastic, and the repair was cheaper than other places we looked at on the island. The shop is located inside of a trade store called Wilson Express (or something like that) across the street from TJ Maxx.
