(Is that even legal? Makes me wonder how many negative reviews have they had removed from their page?) I told this mediator that if Armour would just reply to my unanswered email about missed appointments with an explanation or apology, I'd edit my review to reflect that they did me that courtesy. The mediator told me they wouldn't do it and literally said "I feel really bad for you" ... I would never drag a small business online for making some mistakes, they were cheaper than most services and when we hired them we figured we'd be ok with the no-frills attitude that sometimes come with that.
