The office called and gave me 1…read morehour notice before arriving, Jamie and his partner arrived even though it was very windy and cold -1 degrees outside. They took a look and even showed me before and after photos to understand the size and scope of the problem. Really happy with the work, I initially thought it was raccoons and it turns out it was squirrels. They installed a one-way door and covered the gaps running along the roof line about 12 feet. The work was completed in about 2 to 3 hours. Pros - 1 year guarantee on the work, if an animal gets through the wire screens they will come back to redo the work. Detailed written invoice showing the required work, limitations and guarantees. Clearly explained the work to be done and the price. Had booties to keep my carpets clean. Cons - Did not inform me of the minimum fee of $150 before arriving, this is the office's fault. Protip - Some companies offer free estimates, only to charge more for the job later. Consider a company that can get the job done in 1 visit Damage - $565

I experienced excellent service from this company. The staff are punctual, knowledgeable and…read morepersonable. Troy always takes the time to educate me about the critters and how he will solve the problem so it won't recur. Over several years, I have used this company for five different types of unwanted wildlife and pests. Here are some of the highlights: - Two skunks living under the porch were removed and never returned thanks to the installation of a metal mesh. I was impressed that the shrubs in my yard were dug up and replanted without any damage to them. - Racoons tried to rip the vents off my roof to gain access to the attic. Heavy wire mesh was put around each vent. It's been years with no issues. - A red squirrel was depositing nuts in my basement for the winter. First, he (gender assumed) got in under a bay window. After that area was patched, the determined rodent chewed a hole under my deck. You may be wondering how I knew it was the same squirrel. 'Stumpy' had a shorter than usual tail. Troy had to remove a few large planks from my deck to access the entry point and was able to put them back in place without damaging the deck. I continued to see Stumpy the squirrel around the neighbourhood for a few years but never again in my house. The moral of the story is don't buy a house next to a wildlife park without expecting the wildlife to move in. But when they do, call this company to evict them.

Do NOT use this company! The Raccoon Guys were efficient and inexpensive compared their…read morecompetitors BUT they do not follow through to complete the agreed services once they are paid... and you must pay upfront. I hired Will, the owner, twice. About a year ago to remove squirrels from my attic and then, a few weeks ago... raccoons. Will gave me a 10-year guarantee on his squirrel work but he said it did not apply. I may be wrong but I didn't think a raccoon would be able to get into my attic if he properly sealed the opening to prevent squirrels from returning. Nevertheless, I agreed to pay him another $400 to "rent" a one-way gate so the raccoon could exit and to attach metal screening... again to prevent it's return (I don't understand why he didn't do that for the squirrels). Will told me he would return in a week to remove the gate and to reattach the eavestrough that the raccoon pulled off. Will has still not returned. The eavestrough is on the ground with nails sticking out of it. The downspout is not connected, so rain pours down my roof and over the front of my house like a waterfall. The insulation and wood shavings the raccoon pulled out of my attic are still a mess on the roof beside the gate he was supposed to remove. All of this is easily visible from the street... a disaster since I plan to sell my house soon. And I think I have squirrels again. I sent Will text messages and tried to phone him... no reply. To be fair, my tone was a little angry but I don't think that's an excuse to be irresponsible. Since I paid him in full, I have no recourse other than this review. If he returns to finish the work, I will provide an update.

It was obtrusive to me and my living space nevermind the animals. And then a baby got tossed off a 3 storey roof. They said they would contact me to come back and didnt. Company sounds like a scam. They used whatever i had lying around to shove in through the deck, used a drill, and jumped up and down to try to scare a raccoon out. This didnt seem planned or methodical and not how i would have attempted removing an animal - an animal protecting her babies - and this definitely was not the kind of service i thought i was paying for. Ridiculous. The whole experience was absolutely something i hope to never have to go through again, because dealing with the raccoons was much easier than these clowns.
