ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT pest Control service. My family and I live in a house in the Scarborough area. My wife's parents had a major bed bug and mouse problem. So, she called Paul at Armour Pest Control, as the company that she works for adores this company for pest control issues. When Paul attended her parent's house he and his team were polite, professional and friendly. They addressed all of their concerns and put their minds at ease. The job was superb. The mouse issue was resolved completely in a week, as was the bed bug issue. My in-laws haven't seen a bed bug since. We rent out the top and basement floors to renters in our own house. Two weeks ago we noticed bites on our son and wife's body. We also saw cockroaches in the bathrooms and kitches of our apartment and the basement apartment. We knew exactly who to call. Paul and his team again were here very fast. Again, they got rid of the bed bugs and cockroaches in about a week to a week and a half. No sign or either pest since. My friend is new in Toronto from Iran. No clue how to navigate the rental market! Stressful enough for anyone let alone being new in this City. Buys $5000 new furniture, move in day and BAM!!!! The UNIT has bedbugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a nightmare building is somewhat co-operative but also doesn't get the job done properly so a month later still bedbugs!!!!!! Called Armour and get the recommended treatments and everything was salvageable. big take away is that this is a difficult beast - and dealing with them - They are like 30yr experience so you know your dealing with someone who's been around the block. They also knew how to communicate like a NORMAL HUMAN! Which I find most companies and some people don't in 2020. They also knew how to manage the 3rd party communications with the building for my friends benefit (as the tenant)which might have been the most important thing $$$$ 5 stars - call these people! I called Armour Pest Control when I had a cockroach and mouse infestation in my first apartment in University. Not only did they take care of both problems, they guaranteed the work! They're now the first people I call when I move into a new place and discover there's critters in the apt 'cause they take care of it immediately. My friends love them, too. I'll never forget the day my friend had a bed bug infestation so bad she ended up in the hospital with an infection. All the other pest control companies were charging exorbitant amounts of money and the earliest they could come was in a month. It's super embarrassing that I needed them at all, but this GTA family business made me feel so comfortable with my zillion and one questions about how this pest problem could've happened in my house. They were very professional and discreet which I really appreciated. I was also surprised that it only took 2 visits to pretty much completely fix my problem. I was looking online and it said it could be upwards of 4-5. Don't know if it was them or just my luck, I'm going to say them because they were really great.
