I even had the door locked in my face 22 minutes before their posted closing time on this past Sunday. This was the place on 2nd street. I traveled to the one located on 82nd street and they helped me and told me how to resolve my issue. I did what they told me to on Monday and was able to get 2 of the phones on our account back in service and operational. I had to travel back down to Laton (45 miles one way) to further aid me in getting the third phone back on line. I am elderly and crippled. They had it back operational and on line. They had to work on it and it took 2 people. They were very kind, polite, helpful and understanding. They were true Professional People who went out of their way to help me. I had been to all three locations in Lawton on Sunday. The 82nd street location far superceded the other two. The one on Cache road is no way one that I would recommend. They are not helpful and they just want to sell you something new and start you new service, they are anything but professional. The 3 employees that helped me and got me back in operation are an asset to AT&T. I have been a customer for the past 19 years, I should know.

I called Mr. Luckett who advised it may be a virus and to bring it in. I brought it and he advised me he would call later that day to tell me the diagnostic. Turns out the computer was misconfigured by a previous tech who tried to clean my computer. Mr. Luckett advised me he would do what he could and offered a great price. He called me to get the computer when it was ready and its so much better. He gave me a quick recap of what was done and what do to to prevent it. He is amazing, patient and wonderful. Our air conditioner broke down a week ago and we weren't able to get the regular company out until…read moreMonday. It broke down again last night and we called everyone. Most companies weren't open again until Monday morning, some advertised that they are open 24/7, but then either the phone would not be answered or an answering service would answer but no one would call you back. We called Borski and they were extremely responsive and the gentleman was out within 40 minutes, fixed and cleaned our unit, and was on his way. I also asked him to give me a quote for a new A/C unit and he said my unit was very good even though it was aging, and recommended that we not get one until next year at least. He just seemed like a very down to earth, honest person and I would be happy to do business with them again, though we obviously hope we don't have a breakdown again! We were so very grateful that he took time out of his weekend for us on the hottest day of the year thus far.
