I got my WiFi from them since it was the only internet that is available on post. They promised me a fast internet connection for $100 so I agreed. About 2 weeks in I had to replace my modem twice, my internet still not working properly or not working at all, when I try to get a hold of someone waiting time is long and they still can't help when they answer. Seriously the worst Internet/ cable service ever. I can live without hbo or show time. I'm ok without on demand service. Our service goes out on average 8-10 times a month. It is difficult to get a human on the phone and even when you reach them it's "sorry ok bye!" Bad service. Bad customer service. And totally not worth what we pay because there is no other option for on post internet. read more

The most trash internet providers/ customer service. I called Monday and they were supposed to install just internet on Tuesday and they don't even give appointments they say the technician will arrive from 8am-11am ... nobody can take off 3 hours of work just waiting around to get internet installed. On top of that they didn't even show up, I called them that same day and they rescheduled to a Thursday and I have them a number for the technician to call 30 mins ahead before he arrived so we can be home and NEVER received a call on Thursday & still haven't gotten our internet installed! They took out deposit out and a months ahead payment & Now We have to wait till the weekend because they made an " exception" for us. Annoying !! read more

Not sure why the negative reviews, but if living on-post Suddenlink is the way to go. Standard cable internet providing up to 30 mbps connection speeds and no DL limits like its competitors! I remember other ISP's offered similar/better connection speeds but with "DL limits"... (seriously?)... since when did cable internet ISP's start mirroring cell phone service plans? The internet is not reliable. It is often having outages. WARNING if you do autopay you authorize them to withdraw from your account whatever they decide your bill is. They make mistakes. They charged us over $600 dollars and it took 2months to get it back. The customer service representatives are obnoxious. But they have a monopoly on certain parts of Fort Sill. read more

Unfortunately, for Soldiers on lost in Buffalo Hills, that is the only provider which means you will be handing them your money for the worst connection, worst customer service, and while paying top dollar. The internet service cuts on and off frequently. They have outages in the area often. When we deployed, we cancelled cable but kept internet service active. With all that had to be done I forgot to take the cable box back to them. Nobody called, or attempted to remind me to bring the box back, but they were able to take out over $500 without my approval from my bank because i was set up for auto pay. NEVER AUTO PAY they have no scruples and will take any amount money. When I called their agents were snarky at best. One hung up on me. They refused to let me speak to someone that could help. They are horrible and have disregard for the unique situations of military service members. read more

Tried to talk to online support about the internet in my building on post and they completely just closed out of the chat before even trying to help me. The internet service goes out for 4 or more hours due to one drop of rain outside. Then when it is clear out side it just shuts down for no reason explained? The worst internet company ever. I have had suddenlink for 2 years due to the fact that they have a contact with Fort Sill making them the only company we can use. There has not been one single day that we don't have constant problems with the internet. We basically pay for nothing.
