Needless to say I'm not going back there however, I did go next-door to this red light sauna side. The woman was super kind and super nice and super helpful. The one downfall was they required a $200 visit to be assessed by a doctor. She said that I must prove my heavy metal detox for. Chelation I said we're here. I have a Solex AO report that I showed her. She would have to call a physician to see if they would accept that. Then she handed me a prescription which was a sheet that my doctor has to fill out for me to be able to sit in a sauna. I took it to my doctor. She said what the heck is this I've never heard of such a thing. Well, I hadn't either and prime IV doesn't put you through this kind of grief so needless to say I am not going back. I intended to purchase a 16 package sauna membership, but it felt exclusive not inclusive. You just lost business.

I told dr Morris that did not sound like stem cells and what he was talking about. I was already hyped about getting stem cell treatment and was excited about results i was hearing. He told me oh well this is vcell therapy and its new but we are seeing very good results even better than stem cells. I reluctantly proceeded to allow him to do the treatment. The cost was over 7 thousand dollars and after consulting another stem cell doctor he informed me that i had just paid for a overpriced prp spin off. He recommended i confront Dr Morris and i did just that. I told him i was not happy that he mislead me into doing v cell treatment. He agreed to do the actual stem cell therapy at what he claimed was his cost. The day of the procedure i was instructed to fast. I was getting a combination of a IV treatment of stem cells and a additional iv therapy they recommended and stem cell site injury injections. During the iv they asked me to stand so I could be moved to another station of the office. I told the nurses I did not feel well and they persisted to stand me up to move me. When I tried to stand i immediately passed out and fell backwards to the floor striking my head on the ground. I still was in the middle of stem cell iv treatment and im not sure if they removed it or it was ripped from my arm during the fall. I woke to the nurses holding my legs up. I had a abrasion and lump on the back of my head and was very dizzy. They asked if I wanted to proceed and dr. Morris made jokes that if I didn't he would charge me for more stem cells since he had already thawed out some for my procedure and they could not be re-frozen. He claimed he keeps them in his office which was also a red flag as other doctors I had inquired with mentioned they have to be stored at a special facility and are delivered the day of procedures. I told him I wanted to proceed but when i layed on the table face down to have the spine injections done my nose immediately began to bleed. Dr Morris then called emergency services. I told them I was dizzy and lethargic and they checked my blood sugar and said it had fallen dangerously low. They gave me glucose and got mt blood sugar up so they released me back to Dr Morris care. He said we could not proceed with the injections and I would have to come back at a later date. Dr Morris put his profit over my best interest and what I initially requested. My injuries have not improved since the stem cell procedure and I question weather i was administered the complete treatment due to the passing out and head injury i suffered. I recently requested my medical report wich they kept trying to email me quick notes. I had to demand the entire report with nurses notes. In my report dr Morris mis stated that my fall was " assisted". He also put in my report that I requested to stand up because my back was hurting. These are not just false facts but outrite lies. when i called in and confronted him about the incorrect documentation he claimed i was lucky i didnt hurt one of his nurses when i past out and fell! I also noticed that Dr. Morris went through my chart on Jan 28, and edited the day of the incident. When i called for the original documents the office staff claimed they were working on retrieving them only to wait over 2 weeks for them to tell me to have my attorney contact them. Now i am contacting the medical board and seeking legal means to recoup losses and damages. I would strongly advise anyone with similar experience to contact medical board and seek legal counsel immediately. I strongly advise against seeking treatment at this practice for the dishonesty, unprofessionalism, breach of duty and malpractice. I am currently filing a civil judgment against Restore health and i have filed a complaint with the medical board. Anyone who has had similar situations with this business i suggest you do the same. If you try to look up his business with the corporations commission it also shows his business is inactive? This is more red flags

I will preface that despite her rough, overtly loud New Jersey mannerisms, Dr. Morstein is very bright and has a gentle kindness to her. Unfortunately, however, more than this is needed to run a successful medical practice. The doctor, herself is very disheveled which is reflective in her unorganized office. She seems to always be in a frenzy and has even drawn my blood without gloves and a mask (I don't like watching my blood drawn something made me look over this time). Her colleague also attempted to give me an IV without gloves and was having so many problems finding my vein that I finally looked over only to realized she was no longer wearing gloves. In fact she had thrown the blood-soiled gloves onto the floor in frustration. My husband was also initially seeing Dr. Morstein as a patient and, despite also thinking she's a lovely woman, will no longer return due to the office's incompetence. He was been treated for a severe autoimmune condition and was not given the full course of treatment/instruction and subsequently relapsed. He commended my patience for continuing to see her but we were in the height of Covid and had lost our jobs, so we couldn't afford to stop care mid-stream and pay another doctor hundreds and hundreds of dollars for a new patient consult. I therefore attempted to stick it out just for virtual consults and not in-office appointments/blood draws etc. However, since being a patient for perhaps two years or so, I have seen this office go through an unusual amount of office staff--probably somewhere in the range of 6-8 receptionists! Each time, information gets passed off to the next employee, miscommunicated, and even lost. Prescriptions are left unfulfilled and insurance issues are thrown to the wayside by the exiting employee only to be promised to be taken care of by the new employee. However, nothing ever gets done in a timely manner as promised. In fact, I've now been working on an insurance billing issue with them since June. I've also never heard back about my prescriptions. Such a shame as this doctor has a lot of potential if she could implement some better business practices.
