I had been…read moretraveling over the summer for work, but recently got in contact to see if I could book just the compression therapy as I'm not a fan of needles. The owner Lynn was prompt to get back to me, and even offered a package rate for 10 sessions ($250) versus $35/session. I opted for the package to get myself a wellness gift for my birthday as I try to do one self-care/health item every year to take care of me. I'm not sure if it's the elevation of the zero gravity chair or the compression therapy itself, but my edema melts away leaving me feeling amazing! My plan is to come monthly like I do rest floats, which is conveniently less than a mile away. Definitely hoping to continue to see the health benefits and continue my wellness journey as I quickly head into my 40s. This review is regarding my first hand experience seeking information on various programs offered…read moreand to ultimately schedule treatment at the company's Gilbert facility. Despite advertising treatments for mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma, it appears this clinic lacks the necessary in-house expertise to effectively understand the unique needs of individuals with these conditions which appear to be outsourced to others (aside from the Ketamine infusions conducted by the owners). The owners, who are anesthesiologists by trade, clearly all have qualifications and expertise in treating pain, and freely admit their specialty is in pain and not in mental health matters. However, depending who you talk to during your consult, they might even attempt to convince you to quit your meds, even if prescribed and are working effectively. During one inquiry, one of the owners/anesthesiologists couldn't even explain the basics of their "Combined Ketamine Treatment and Neurofeedback Therapy for Improved Mental Health" or how it worked and recommended I watch a video to figure it out as he only deals with the ketamine infusion aspect, further highlighting a significant detachment from crucial aspects of patient care. The dismissive and narrow-minded attitude of at least one owner/DO towards diversity of perspectives for patient care is appalling. When presented with information or experiences not fully aligned with his beliefs, he callously brushed them off, stating, "I don't care [about your experiences]...you are never going to change my mind" at which point a "patient" spontaneously arrived, he abruptly ended the call with no resolution or offer to speak later to answer the ONE question I actually called about in the first place. This blatant disregard for patient concerns and experiences is utterly unconscionable in any healthcare setting and speaks volumes about the lack of empathy and professionalism at this clinic, at least from one of their providers. As a for-profit corporation, it is clear one of their primary focuses seems to be on maximizing profits rather than prioritizing patient well-being. The three primary doctors are also the owners, who seem to also do the intake, consultations, offer treatment recommendations, and price quotes. Conflicting price quotes that I received for the same treatment package within a day from two separate individuals raise serious ethical concerns. It's evident that financial incentives dominate which services and treatment recommendations this firm chooses to offer and supersede any genuine concern for patients' health and welfare. There are many options out there. Do your own research and look elsewhere for competent, compassionate, and coordinated care.

My body was totally depleted. I could barely walk after a month in bed with a cough so severe that I fractured my spine. My first experience was outstanding, from both the staff interaction and the benefits for my health. After having the first IV, I slept for about nine hours. It was shocking to wake up and realize that I had an unbroken sleep for the first time in many years. Typically, I have difficulty falling and staying asleep. The next day I felt my normal good health and energy starting to return. I went back as soon as possible for another session. What an amazing resurgence! Looking back, I don't know where I would be right now without the support my body needed. Jeena and Kaci are amazing! As a registered nurse, I know the importance of hydration and supplements, and was feeling lousy. I easily made an appointment the night before online, completed a mobile health history intake form and was welcomed by my nurse Kaci the minute I stepped in the door. I initially kept it a secret that I too am a nurse to not cause any pressure or competition. Throughout the entire process, Kaci was very thorough, customized the IV ingredients to what I desired and was sure to make me feel comfortable. I barely felt a thing when she placed the IV or gave me a Vitamin B12 intramuscular injection. I also absolutely loved the perks of nasal oxygen, a high tech massage chair and cool lavender facial cloth. Overall, I will definitely be back for a future treatment and was impressed with their staff's knowledge and positive attitudes.
