They were not prepared for the Survey, caused unnecessary delays and had to move the closing date out. This cost money to me, my agent and the loan officer. There were many other smaller mistakes in documents, closing amount, timing with notary etc. Very unprofessional, slow to respond and just no responsibility at all. I would not recommend them to anyone and might not buy another house if this title company is involved.
