Heide with Blake Real Estate Inc Group is horrible…read more I hate leaving bad reviews. Unfortunately we always talk more about the bad than the good but in this case avoid this company whenever you can. Contacted them in regards to a rental property in Safety Harbor. Real estate agent would only text me and never call me back. The reasoning was that she was in jury duty. No problem, we visited home and met homeowners and co-worker that Heide sent to rent the home. Everything was great, homeowners loved us. We told them we would fill out the application since we were more than qualified and just sold our million dollar home. We were waiting for the market to settle and a couple years in a rental would be perfect for us. That night application was filled out and completed for $110.00. Being more than qualified we called the agent the next day, confirmed she received, confirmed we are ready to move in and all I needed was a call back to answer some questions. She said she couldn't and was in jury duty. I asked for a call before jury duty and or after jury duty. Ignored every single request. My wife called. Ignored her too. 2 weeks later she was still not calling back. We went to home and asked homeowners if it is still for rent and they said yes but unfortunately this real estate agent is not doing the proper work for her foreign customers and she is taking advantage of them. This house is now on the market for over 38 days and still not rented. Luckily for us you didn't rent it out as God had a plan and we found a million dollar home to purchase instead of renting. Thank god we didn't rent through you guys as you would have probably been the property management too. MAN COULD YOU IMAGINE THE HORROR WE WOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH WITH A COMPANY LIKE YOURS ON A DAILY/MONTHLY BASIS IF WE WOULD HAVE RENTED How in the world can you be a real estate agent if you don't call people back and hide behind a text. Your customers are relying on you to do what you tell them you are going to do and you failed them and us in this scenario. Shame on you Heide

She does not do huge volumes of listings so she can give so much attention to each seller's needs. She gave us so much guidance and help in just getting our house ready to list before we even signed a contract with her. She has a wide array of contacts and resources (carpeting, roofing etc) that enabled us to get our house what it needed despite stiff competition for vendors in post Hurricane Pinellas. She staged our home for free, held frequent open houses, and tolerated countless questions from us nervous nellies. Then she did an outstanding job of negotiating a contract for us just ONE WEEK after listing. She was able to push for fast closing too. I have absolutely no doubt that if you reach out to Jaybee, whether seller or buyer, you will be very happy that you did. Thank you Jaybee for being there for us!

Bottom line up front: If you value your time and money you need Kris Kennedy!…read more I'm a planner. When the Navy told my husband we were moving to the Tampa Bay Area, I immediately started to research local area real-estate agents. Kris Kennedy got many favorable reviews across my most trusted websites and here on Yelp he's a total rockstar. After our initial conversation I knew he was the agent for us. We just closed on our Tampa Bay Home Area home today and having finished the process, I'm delighted to report Kris Kennedy lives up to every accolade he's received. Kris is a really nice guy (but let's face it ALL real estate agents are charming) Kris sets himself above the other agents starting with his professional demeanor and promptness. He is smart and shrewd a brilliantly, tenacious negotiator and an excellent communicator. He has league of professionals in his network that seemingly bend over backwards for him and thusly bend over backwards for his clients. Certainly if I had a question or a concern Kris had an answer, knew someone that did or found out and reported back quickly. He gave us excellent advice, asked important questions, custom built searches to suit our needs, and secured digital paperless portals to complete paperwork. Kris not only saved us time (his efficiency is miraculous), he saved us money A. LOT. OF. MONEY! 1. We were convinced we wanted a V.A. loan but upon Kris's suggestion we looked into it and discovered in this particular instance, using a conventional saved us about 11K. 2. After running some comps, speaking to the seller, investigating the history of the home we wanted etc. Kris was able to negotiate a savings of 24K from list price. FYI my husband and I would've paid asking price and Kris knew it. He worked his magic and saved us a total of 35K. This process was seamless in no small part thanks to the tireless workings of Kris Kennedy and his network of professionals.

It was a pleasure working with Kris! Can't say enough good things!…read more Kris is a true professional. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate, economics, and he is really good at marketing. He is also surprisingly pleasant to speak with and he's a very good communicator. He listened to me about what I wanted in home and he found me the perfect bungalow style home that I now love so much. I wasn't in a hurry to buy, but Kris called me saying I had to see this home because it was going to go fast. I had little expectations, but it was absolutely what I was looking for. There were multiple offers on the home, but Kris and I had the best offer. If it weren't for Kris' advise, care, and negotiating skills, I would have missed out on the perfect home. Kris also got my other townhouse I own rented for me at more rent than I expected and with only being on the market for 2 days! Whenever I am buying or selling a home again, I will make sure to call Kris, even if I am moving to another state. I am surprised Kris is not on a show like Million Dollar Listing. He is actually more handsome than those TV realtors.
