About a year and a half ago, my roof sprung a bad leak in my son's bedroom during a storm. I called…read moreSteve Williamson from Visalia Roofing, and he showed up the very same day to inspect it. He explained that while he could repair the leak (which he did that same day), what I really needed was a full roof replacement. This didn't surprise me since I'd already been in my home 15 years and knew the roof was old when I moved in. I was so thankful for Steve's quick response, kindness, and professionalism during that stressful time that when I was finally ready to replace my roof this month, Visalia Roofing was the only company I called. Steve and Derek came out, took measurements, and quickly emailed me a detailed quote with several options. I chose upgraded shingles and added attic insulation to help improve energy efficiency. The crew completed the project quickly, the new roof looks beautiful, and everyone I interacted with was respectful and kind. While I can't compare prices since I didn't seek other bids, I can say the quality of the work and level of service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Visalia Roofing for anyone in need of roof repairs or a full replacement.

Other reviewers, I note, have used words like professional, polite, courteous; he's all that. I liked that he thought of more interesting ideas and suggestions than I did, and that he shared his thoughts when asked: it made a huge difference in the end product. I'm extremely pleased.
