This is a great phys therapy place in El Segundo. Nice little town, pretty good parking around the…read moresurface streets. And if you need something from the store down the street, you can also park in their lot. This facility gets really busy but they have mostly private rooms, with some of the machinery out on the floor. The people are very nice, and it's very low key.

I was referred to Davis and DeRosa Physical Therapy by Kailea (I hope I'm spelling her name right!)…read morefrom StretchLab, who was also working at Davis and DeRosa at the time--and I'm so thankful I listened to her. She specifically recommended Dr. Ana Beqaj, who holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and that connection completely changed the direction of my recovery. When I first came to Davis and DeRosa, I was in bad shape -- I needed a cane to walk and was relying on muscle relaxers and pain medication daily. After my initial visit, I was diagnosed with a lateral lumbar shift due to disc herniations (it looked like I had scoliosis when I would take my shirt off)... I was honestly depressed and thought, "This is it -- I'll never walk without a cane again." But within just one month and a half of physical therapy with Dr. Beqaj and the amazing team at Davis and DeRosa, I was walking without a cane!! I couldn't believe it. I was overjoyed and incredibly grateful. The clinic is so good they've had to add extra PT tables in the waiting area just to accommodate the demand. At first, I was shy talking about my condition with others nearby, but after experiencing such powerful results, I didn't care who overheard -- I wanted everyone to know how effective they are. I'm also a disabled veteran, and I've been through VA physical therapy, so I can say this with confidence: Davis and DeRosa is better than any VA PT clinic I've ever been to. If you're a fellow veteran dealing with chronic pain or injury, please don't settle for less -- come here and experience what REAL HEALING feels like. Davis and DeRosa literally gave me a new lease on life, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Dr Ana and Kailea! I really appreciate both of you from the bottom of my heart. ‍

After months of work with Victory, I'm pleased to say that I am finally (currently) rid of a…read morenagging high hamstring injury that has plagued me for years. I thought I would always deal with it but through some creative PT, I'm stoked to be running without pain. I also now have a toolbox of exercises and mobility work to keep myself pain-free. The facility is lovely with weights, standard and high tech PT equipment. Everyone is incredibly friendly. I've worked with Desiree, Mahir and mainly Jason - all have been professional and motivating. Jason feels invested in my recovery and I have fun at every session too. Finally, it's not cheap but you get what you pay for. You pick a package based on a number of sessions. They do provide invoices for superbill if you're up for that. It's been worth it in my view!

I started coming here for physical therapy after getting injured during a Muay Thai competition,…read moreand I've had a really positive experience so far. Mahir was my first physical therapist, and later I switched to Jason because I had scheduling conflicts and availability. Both have been great to work with. Jason has especially helped me rebuild my confidence in my knee and gradually get back into the sports and activities I enjoy. I've noticed a big improvement not only in my strength, but also in how comfortable I feel moving, training, and trusting my body again. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating when it comes to scheduling. The new facility is also really nice, and there's plenty of parking, which makes appointments a lot more convenient. What I appreciate most is that the rehab hasn't just been about doing basic exercises; they've worked with me toward actually returning to sports and making sure I'm progressing safely. I've been able to get back to being much more active, and my confidence has improved a lot since I first started. Definitely recommend them, especially if you're active or trying to return to sports after an injury.

Playa Physical Therapy is the gold standard for physical therapy, unique in the Westside and SFV…read moreareas. The owner Aaron Willis is a DPT, and was an athletic trainer in his undergraduate days at UC Davis. Treatment is not delegated to aides or assistants, in fact there are no aides or assistants employed there. Aaron, or another DPT, spends the entire 45 minutes with the patient in a private treatment room. There is no chaotic open studio approach, just private treatment rooms where the DPT can focus on individual patient treatment and recovery. Additionally, the same DPT continues with the patient throughout the treatment sessions. Other physical therapy clinics in which treatment is delegated to aides or assistants allows the DPT to bill for more than one patient during the same time slot, so the DPT does not spend the entire time with the patient. This is not true for Playa Physical Therapy, and the 'DPT-only' approach is what makes them stand out above all others.

LAX Physical Medicine has saved my back…read more This place was referred to me by a co worker that heard I was having lower back problems, I was open to a referral and especially after hearing that he has been coming here for many years. I was told to ask for Michael since that was the doctor he had always been helped by but said both doctors/brothers were amazing. Quick back story I injured my lower back a few years back running marathons and fast forward years later I was working out and my lower back went out on me along with lower back pain. I was literally out for a full week on my hands and knees crawling because the pain was so unbearable so I finally made the call to come in. Doctor: Michael has been such a great asset to my recovery and getting my lower back back to normal. It's been a process but he has been with me from day one and is always checking on me to make sure I'm getting better and that I'm happy with everything. It's good doctors/people like him that are hard to come around. Front Staff: The girls at the front are simply amazing! I called an advance to see if they would take my health insurance and they were so friendly and helpful, They verified all my information and scheduled my appointment. I've been a patient about a month now and they have been such a pleasure and making the process so easy and stress free. One thing I can appreciate is that they call you a day before all your appointments to remind you, so if you're a hott mess like me a reminder is very important lol. Back Staff / Physical Therapy: Amazing! The staff in the back are all guys and they are just great, they are all very down to earth and great workers. At first I was able to just see/hear the interaction with all the other patients and they just seemed to get along with everyone and once I started PT I understood why. They all work very well together and make sure everyone is being taken care of. Location: The office is literally by LAX airport which is why I'm assuming they call it LAX Physical Medicine lol. It is located right off a really busy street and they have free parking out front or just up the street. I do see a parking lot in the back of the building but I'm not sure if you have to pay or not since I never use it. I give this place and the team a solid 5 stars, so if your in need of anything or just have questions I say call and see if they can help you. SYOY :)

When it was my turn I was hooked up with a Physical Therapist named Emily. Emily and I got off to a very good patient-therapist relationship. I must tell you that she doesn't take it easy on me. Pushes me to the limit every day and I couldn't ask for a better PT. I leave fully sweated out and tired after every session. Most of the time I'm sore after our sessions but that's what I want. I want to know that I'm getting the most of my company covered insurance. I see my Dr every 3 weeks now and he's happy with my progression so something is going right. The facility is clean and all the employees are very nice. If you get a chance check out Brandon (I think he's the only male employee there) he thinks its a fashion show every day matching his shoes to his outfits. Will I again?... Yeah, 3x a week for another couple months. Tootles!
