We live in the Central Valley (Clovis) so it's definitely a drive for us to head down South when I'm needing pain relief, but it's been worth every mile. Without him, I'm not sure where I'd be right now. There's no one like him and most assuredly no one like him where I live. I have degenerative discs in my neck and the only relief is when he cauterizes the nerves in my neck. Between Michelle (his office manager) and Molly at the front desk, they make me feel like I'm their most important patient. They schedule me quickly for the procedures I need and most importantly, they're a kind and caring office. I seriously can't say enough of how grateful I am for all Dr. Bajaj has done for me. If you're experiencing chronic pain, don't waste your time looking for a pain management doctor; call Dr. Bajaj's office. He literally saved my life.

Then they turned around and sent the same $300 to a collections agency to chase me for money they had already refunded. I emailed Michelle, the office manager, who has had no trouble responding to me in the past, to resolve it quietly. She ignored the email. I ended up contacting the billing company myself and sending them proof of Remedy's own refund so they would stop pursuing me. So: no physical exam, no BioTE procedure I had scheduled, $300 out of pocket, a partial refund, a collections referral for money already returned, and silence from the office when I tried to fix it. This is not a clerical mix-up. It is a failure of basic professionalism, and I had to clean up their mistake using their own records.

And if you need something from the store down the street, you can also park in their lot. This facility gets really busy but they have mostly private rooms, with some of the machinery out on the floor. The people are very nice, and it's very low key.

I was referred to Davis and DeRosa Physical Therapy by Kailea (I hope I'm spelling her name right!)…read morefrom StretchLab, who was also working at Davis and DeRosa at the time--and I'm so thankful I listened to her. She specifically recommended Dr. Ana Beqaj, who holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and that connection completely changed the direction of my recovery. When I first came to Davis and DeRosa, I was in bad shape -- I needed a cane to walk and was relying on muscle relaxers and pain medication daily. After my initial visit, I was diagnosed with a lateral lumbar shift due to disc herniations (it looked like I had scoliosis when I would take my shirt off)... I was honestly depressed and thought, "This is it -- I'll never walk without a cane again." But within just one month and a half of physical therapy with Dr. Beqaj and the amazing team at Davis and DeRosa, I was walking without a cane!! I couldn't believe it. I was overjoyed and incredibly grateful. The clinic is so good they've had to add extra PT tables in the waiting area just to accommodate the demand. At first, I was shy talking about my condition with others nearby, but after experiencing such powerful results, I didn't care who overheard -- I wanted everyone to know how effective they are. I'm also a disabled veteran, and I've been through VA physical therapy, so I can say this with confidence: Davis and DeRosa is better than any VA PT clinic I've ever been to. If you're a fellow veteran dealing with chronic pain or injury, please don't settle for less -- come here and experience what REAL HEALING feels like. Davis and DeRosa literally gave me a new lease on life, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Dr Ana and Kailea! I really appreciate both of you from the bottom of my heart. ‍

First off, I can tell you that the staff here genuinely enjoys their line of work, they like being…read morethere, and being there for you. When I first spoke/met with Destiny, I was like ok she is the Boss, and I say that because she keeps everyone in order, on both sides, and I'm pretty sure she's the one responsible for seeing that everything runs smoothly. Not sure how many doctors/therapists work here, I've seen around 6 or 7, but she seems to hold it all down. I appreciate the level of communication I get from her, when scheduling appointments, and I like the reminder texts she sends that you can actually respond to and get a reply. And even though she's always busy, she's always a peach and is very welcoming when I come in. The facility is easy to get to, you can park in the front on the street for 1 hr parking, although Destiny advised against it since there's a history of idiots crashing into parked cars on Sepulveda. Or there's a huge lot in the back, and an entrance that's clearly visible. So today I had my 7th session with Dr. Key. Actually, maybe he's the Boss. But a different kind of boss if you know. Straight off, you realize you're getting treated by someone who knows and truly understands how the body works and makes connections with the necessary actions in order to rehabilitate you. Also, he cares. That's everything, right? Anyway, he def makes you feel comfortable and pays attention to your needs in terms of how you should be.paced and considers your individual progression. With Dr. Key and Madi (who I believe is currently working on her masters or doctorate and is totally going straight to the top cuz she's a baddie) you'll feel like you're in good hands. Although I would rather not have to deal with the circumstances which brought me to them, I do feel grateful to have them looking after me. Backing up real quick, I was referred here to aid in my recovery from a head/neck injury. The accident was actually three years ago but I'm still suffering from headaches, pain, stiffness and weakness on my left side. I've learned that recovery isn't always a quick fix, and that with patience, it also requires work and the willingness to be persistent and consistent with the things that will help truly help you get well. And for the long run. I'm hoping that by rehabbing and strengthening my body through PT, I won't need to rely on drugs or pain management for the rest of my life. I'm learning exercises that I can keep doing past the time I spend here, which I will appreciate forever. So yeah, they're legit and recommend them tremendously.

Every day activities, including sleeping, were a bit traumatic. I saw three doctors before I saw Dr. Salah, and not one of them was able to diagnose or treat my pain adequately. I later realized that none of them spent the time to understand the issue. Dr. Salah took the time (which is not encouraged nowadays) to analyze my actual issue and provide a course of action that included medication and physical therapy. He absolutely changed my quality of life, and I'm incredibly fortunate to have come in contact with him. Fast-forward: My teenage son is now a basketball/track athlete. Growing bodies and the like are rife for injuries in high school sports. The first person I thought of when my son was injured was Dr. Salah, and this was the absolute best decision. He took the time to get to the bottom of our concerns and created an action plan for recovery. I now have zero worries about my son's ability to stay healthy because he has an advocate in Dr. Salah.

He was straightforward about the diagnosis, clear about treatment options, and took time to answer all my questions about potential outcomes. He understood my concerns about surgery and helped me weigh the pros and cons without pushing me in any particular direction. Thank you, Dr. Salah.
