I suppose there are, they are on the north side of the building, but you have to drive completely around the building to get there. There is parking on the south side of the building and, fortunately for me, the elevator is closer to that parking because the facility is located on the 2nd floor. SURPRISE. The building is a maze, signs with arrows would help a whoooooooooooooole lot. Maybe it is identified better from the north side. Also, be aware there is a Riverbend Drive, Riverbend Place, and Riverbend Lane, that has to make mail delivery a nightmare. Kudos to Craig who really tried to right a wrong and make the situation better.

He has checked in with me since the discharge just to ensure I'm continuing to progress. I've never had a therapist that's been so dedicated to seeing me succeed. Please change your front desk staff - your members are greeted (well, not really) by the absolute rudest people. I can't even. It's awful. We pay a LOT for our membership and it's like insane how rude they are. Everyone talks about it/ it's shocking nothing has been done about it. If it wasn't for the therapy pool and the fact that it's practically across the street from us, we'd cancel our membership. Based on front desk alone. Absolutely awful. Equipment is subpar - they need mirrors in the weight section upstairs as well. WiFi is terrible as well if you plan to listen to anything on your phone while there too. The front desk though... man.. they're the worst.

Perhaps because the other location in Naperville closed down, this one was getting excessively busy. It would be a challenge to find parking and would have to often wait for equipment to be free. The fact that it closes by 6 pm on weekends and 8 pm Fridays was also a limitation. The cost did not justify this experience. My spouse and I cancelled and joined another nearby gym and we are saving around 100 bucks per month for a much much better experience elsewhere. My advice - find another gym.

I could not sleep soundly at all! The air was consistently blowing directly on me and I could not control it at all!
