I suppose there are, they are on the north side of the building, but you have to drive completely around the building to get there. There is parking on the south side of the building and, fortunately for me, the elevator is closer to that parking because the facility is located on the 2nd floor. SURPRISE. The building is a maze, signs with arrows would help a whoooooooooooooole lot. Maybe it is identified better from the north side. Also, be aware there is a Riverbend Drive, Riverbend Place, and Riverbend Lane, that has to make mail delivery a nightmare. Kudos to Craig who really tried to right a wrong and make the situation better.

I especially want to commend Bill. Bill has been the most involved, caring, patient, and understanding therapist I've ever had. I've gone thru my share of injuries to my ankle and his expertise and professionalism has been remarkable. Most importantly, despite being discharged, he is still very involved in my recovery. He has checked in with me since the discharge just to ensure I'm continuing to progress. I've never had a therapist that's been so dedicated to seeing me succeed. I highly recommend anyone at this practice.

If it wasn't for the therapy pool and the fact that it's practically across the street from us, we'd cancel our membership. Based on front desk alone. Absolutely awful. Equipment is subpar - they need mirrors in the weight section upstairs as well. WiFi is terrible as well if you plan to listen to anything on your phone while there too. I never thought l'd be turning 30 years old while bed-ridden in an acute care facility. That…read moreunfortunately became a reality in 2023, after I was hit head-on by a wrong-way driver with dementia on I-39. I just wanted to take the time to recognize the staff at Thrive of Lisle, as they took great care of me. Shoutouts to CNA's Alan & Harrison; nurses Shirley, Mark and Gina. They are the best! Kellie from activities, Jerome and Sue are always roving the halls and engaging with residents. The positivity and enthusiasm of the staff is truly contagious, and made this long recovery journey easier for me. Therapists Susan, Ed, Keyenna and Tiffany have been helping me work towards my goal to be able to walk again and use my left arm. I love Thrive of Lisle, and the staff here. 2023 was easily the darkest time of my life. I nearly lost my life, and was not sure if I'd ever walk again, or be able to return to the career that I love. The staff at Thrive treated me like family. I can't tell you how much happiness and hope that CNA Alan, Nurse Shirley & Kellie brought into my life during this time. They are truly special people. I still come back to thrive and visit at least 4 times a year. It's rewarding for me to visit the current patients during activities time, as well as spreading positivity and encouragement. I also love seeing my extended family (the Thrive staff). My advice & words of wisdom for incoming patients and their families: * Advocate for yourself as the patient; if you're a relative; please advocate for your loved one. * Treat the staff with love & respect (I promise it'll come back to you ten-fold, and will be a much better experience for you & the staff this way.) * You might be shy at first, but take full advantage of the activities that Kellie puts together! From craft-making to group games; it's a fun time for everyone! (Even the patient's visitors are encouraged to participate). * It doesn't matter if you're bedridden, the staff will make sure to get you out to socialize, shower, or PT. You just need to communicate your needs to them early enough in the day. * Family: PLEASE don't underestimate the power of your visits. Frequent visits will greatly help your loved one as they strive to recover. I had at least 2 family members taking turns visiting me throughout each day. *Keep in mind, you ARE allowed to sit in on your loved one's physical therapy sessions. - Just ask the therapist as a courtesy* * Stay positive & Keep on thriving!
