Cary, Dale and Ashley are caring ,competent, and extremely knowledgeable with their patient care. After you check in and have your blood glucose checked you will change into a hospital type gown in a small changing room with a locker for your clothes and personal items. Once done with that you will enter your oxygen chamber and start your therapy.  During your therapy time, you may choose to watch a show on television or just lay back, go to sleep or meditate while you enjoy some quiet time. Staff will provide you with a small bottle of water while you are in the chamber. I had about 30 sessions  to complete for my therapy. All in all this was an excellent experience for me and I highly recommend  this facility for your therapy

I was really amazed at how fast the healing process went from day one to day three. Jody and Carlos were absolutely amazing. Filling out their intake form was very easy and I got a call within an hour. They already had me scheduled before I went home from the hospital. They went out of their way to make sure they could accommodate me. They are both very professional, kind and make you very comfortable. I explained that I was looking for any treatment options to help my wound area, I complained that it hurt, it constantly burns, itches, cracks, bleeds , peels I'm so frustrated, he basically said it is what it is , sent in some itch cream and told me I need plastic surgery, I wasn't complaining about a blemish, I wasn't healing properly and I wanted any treatment option possible that might help me, he just left , the front said i was discharged, so I said I want a copy of this visit summary, she said sure then found nothing, so they said I would have to wait, I was happy to wait, 30 minutes later , so other rude lady walked up and said if you want a summary you have to come back at the end of day, I could not do that so I said I would wait longer , and she said no you have to leave now. She was so rude about it, and pushy , I basically wasted a doctors visit, wasted my time trying to get actual healthcare, someone with compassion. He isn't the right person, I think he doesn't care about people that are suffering .

Doctor Anderson truly changed my life on a grand scale of life, shaped me to be better at being a diabetic and he made me carr more about myself. When he talks you want to listen to every little word, he inspires you, he puts strength in your wounds/soul and makes you better. I came here damaged but not anymore. I came in for a debridement in my heel but it later turned into skin wounds on my legs. Which at the time I thought was a simple thing, that would fix itself and even my homecare nurse at the time said it wasn't serious but Dr. Anderson noticed it was actually serious. He fixed up fast over a couple of months (in a long detailed process), he gave me some inspirational words each week we met, told me to the importance of having my sugar blood sugar low and; under control, reminded me to keep off my leg and he treated my wounds. He also went beyond that with getting a much better home nurse, the right supplies, a wound vac and now I'm doing skin grafts. Seriously I feel like royalty but this is just normal care I'm sure. I feel like a project but like a awesome new tech (million dollar man) project. I can't tell you guys how much faith I lost before coming to him, weeks of crying, being depress and not thinking I'd ever get better but now I look forward to just living again. I spender months in a hospital bed but now I look forward to defeating diabetes and I look forward to my fresh new legs.  I have been battling through so many doctors, surgeons and a different wound center/team that was horrible "tri-city wound center" (seriously they were ready to cut off my leg,throw me away and they didn't know how to treat me. Save yourself and don't even go to them).  Side note: If you training to go into this career. This man is who you NEED to follow and learn from. He is a amazing leader, a great medical mind, his eye for the details is so FOCUSED, he is like a hawk or sniper, it's the fact he cares about every little thing and; the fact he does it so fast/well is just unreal and he is just a overall great individual. I could go on and on about why Dr. Anderson is so GREAT!!  It's rare to come across a doctor that's really cares you the patient. He treats you like family. In order to achieve this increased pressure, the customer must receive the treatment while in a pressurized environment; a hyperbaric oxygen chamber. Under these conditions, your lungs can gather up to three times more oxygen than would be possible breathing pure oxygen at normal air pressure. However, this type of treatment is often used in conjunction with additional therapies to facilitate healing of various conditions. Treatment takes place in a sealed chamber where oxygen and pressure are steadily increased. The hyperbaric chamber itself is cylindrical in shape made out of thick white plastic that has a window so the client can have visual communication with the person-in-charge. Treatment sessions usually last for 30 to 120 minutes.
