When i explained our situation, that our insured was standing in 5 inches of water in his basement and more coming in due to continued rain she stated that she would be more than happy to get over there that day to help him. She asked me to text her the name and address of our client. I called our client to let him know that she was going to finish up a home review and head right over. She did just that!
