They told me they would be able to remove them. They set me up with an appointment two days later, and their detailer showed up at my residence perfectly on time, how convenient. A rarity these days in the service industry unfortunately. Nick came, and with an air of confidence, told me that he would get rid of the swirl marks left all over the car by the dealer. He immediately went to work on the car, and a couple to a few hours later, the car was shining and all the buffer swirl marks were gone. The interior was cleaned and vacuumed also. The fact that they think a customer should accept their car being returned in such a dangerous, damaged condition is beyond outrageous. Because I've learned from past detailing nightmares, I always take before photos of my car's condition. Despite having clear proof, they still denied it. For a place that's supposed to "detail" cars, they clearly have no respect for the vehicles they're working on. Now I'm left with a repair that should never have been necessary.
