I gave the company the deposit in May and the work wasn't completed till the end of September. I will say that it was a very rainy summer and work can't be done when the weather does not corporate. But the communication with this company was terrible. As the customer I should not had to call for updates to when work was going to start on my house. If I wanted any information I was the one who had to call. Then every time I was given a date that a contractor would come out they never showed. As time went by I as the customer didn't want to hear about how they needed to find a new roofer or someone's truck broke down, especially when I had to contact them for an update. The communication was so bad I had to call my insurance company to complain about the lack of communication I was getting on my project. I final felt like things were moving along when I picked my siding and the roofing materials were delivered. But then became disappointed again when the roofing materials sat on my roof for months. When the work started I was excited. Then came the continuous rescheduling and the miscommunication about which contractors were coming out. After I complained to my insurance company I did hear from the office manager about my project move frequently but was upset i had to go that route. The only complaint I have with the contractors is that the siding people did not clean up after themselves when they broke for lunch. I had to go outside and put their items in a trash bag, so the wild animals wouldn't be attracted to it. The work finally got done and from what I can see looks good. Had to go back and caulk a few items but am happy this is finally over.
