I have done this as an individual many times. When I went to the desk I told them I was a 100% disabled Veteran and needed a range. I was specifically told since I entered the gun club at the same time as two other people that they gun club was going to classify us as a single group and give us just one lane to fire upon. I told the two guys at the counter I was there to fire by myself and that I had no choice. When I complained to the manager I was specifically told by him him that "if I didn't like it then I can just grab my stuff and walk right out of his gun club"!! The three of us had to cram ourselves onto one lane table to load fire and safety our weapons. The place was a mess and to add to that a family of6-7 was given the lane open right beside us. at least 4 of them were not there to fire weapons they just hung out, talked and roamed, bothering the rest of us and making it a non-safe range, as only serious and active shooters should ever be in that room together. Then when we could not stand it anymore we all left as it was not a safe environment. When I got to the counter the manager asked me if I was paying for myself or if I was also paying for just myself or also the two individuals forced to fire at my lane!!!! I also need to make sure you know the other three lanes in that range room were NEVER USED the entire time we were in there!!!! I dont know who owns or runs the club now but this is NOT Veteran friendly , respectful to its customers nor held to the old safety rules they used to use. When I go to practice by my self I do not expect to be forced to firs at the same lane as other individuals not told to just ake my stuff and leave if I don't like it. I will be telling this to all my fellow VFW and American Legion members when I go to my chapters for drinks as they all need to be told never to utalize a place that treats Veterans this way and with so little to NO respect!

Renting is easy and the expert knowledge at the desk is amazing, regardless of what your skill level is they're helpful and will always give you guidance, suggestions, and honesty (like that one may have too much kick for you) lol! If you are coming here though, the number one thing to know.... if you get cold easily, WEAR A SWEATSHIRT! I am always cold, but these ranges are freezing, FYI! In general, it's best to wear pants, long sleeves, a hat (personally), nothing low cut, and of course closed toe shoes. They have sales all the time on guns and ammo, though I wouldn't personally suggest buying those things here - come here for the range but in my opinion buy your guns and things elsewhere because they do tend to be pricier than others. I loved his class and had no issues and he made sure I understand everything and I got trained in my Glock 9mm and 380 which was the first for the 380 to be done with them for statewide training. They also where doing two guys with a shotgun but it slide and hit the roof so they never let that happen again and it was like a 3 days course at the time I had went and them two guys where failed right away from class for that. This place has zero tolerance for Tom foolery when it comes to firearms and training. I don't think that one where is alive anymore, but he was a very good instructor. I was able to get great training and come away with lots of experience from him. Best palace in Orlando fl to send new hires for armed security testing and training. Best in Orlando no BS.
