I will never go there again. Toyota users, be careful and double-check your vehicle if you use their service.

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with Brampton Toyota East. I purchased my 2019 Toyota…read moreCorolla through them, and have accessed their services for several years. I went to try and buy out my vehicle recently, and felt completely disrespected and disregarded. First off, I was contacted multiple times via phone, text message, and Whatsapp by a Salesperson in an attempt to try to sell my car. You would think that after one or two attempts, they would stop contacting me and get the message that I was not interested. That was not the case, and I found this to be extremely unprofessional. When I came in to talk about next steps after my lease expired, no one seemed to want to assist me. The front desk staff couldn't find the appointment I had booked, and multiple workers came up to me and tried to convince me to sell my car. When I told them I was not interested in that, they walked away and did not assist me. They then proceeded to make me do a safety inspection without properly explaining what my options were. I then explained to the Salesperson that I was not happy, and they did nothing to ease my anxiety and discomfort. I then spoke to someone who worked in the Financial department, who told me I could go to a different Toyota if I was not happy. He was unable to give me a refund for the Safety inspection that I unknowingly paid for. He also refused to email me the necessary details to complete a lease buyout after I asked him. I was feeling quite overwhelmed, and would have appreciated something in writing to know what to do. I have tried to email this individual a couple more times for assistance, and they did not respond to my emails. I ended up having to go to a different Toyota location to complete this lease buyout. This was a waste of time, money, and energy for me as a customer. I strongly encourage management to train their staff to provide appropriate customer service to their clients, treat people with respect and kindness, and offer actual solutions to issues rather than be talked down to by workers who think they are superior.

I purchased my 2020 Nissan Quashqi August 2023. As I purchased the vehicle in Brampton I went to…read moretheir service department when the check engine light came on. It took almost 3 hours for the service department to tell me, the oil auto sensor needed replaced. They didn't have the part in stock but would be ordering it from Nissan. I had to pay upfront for the part. I stay in Lindsay during the summer so when Richmond called to say the part had arrived I booked an appointment to come down from Lindsay. Approximately 2.5 hr drive way. Again it took 3 hours to be told that the part was defective and this time they would get it from Nissan huh? Back to Lindsay, Richmond called to say the part had come in and we booked another appointment. Surprise, surprise the wrong part had come in and it took another 3 hours waiting to get this information. Why wouldn't the service department not check to see if they had the correct part? The money I paid for the part would be used for the original diagnostic and I would get a refund. This took some time and I was so frustrated at this point and said I was done and they could keep the refund. Richmond persevered and I did get my credit of $67 today , Yeah, not worth the aggravation!!! I finally went to a Nissan dealer in Lindsay who diagnosed the problem, had a part in stock and completed the repair in 1.5 hours all under warranty so no charge. I realize they are a Nissan dealer so I got lucky that they had the part. As far as the warranty goes should it not have shown up from the VIN when entered by Autoplanet. I checked my paperwork that I received when I purchased the vehicle. There is coverage in effect on used vehicles for 5 years from year of manufacture. The repair of my car is covered within the warrant. Richmond didn't think it was covered when I went for the diagnostic. Should this information not have been brought up on the service department screens, when my VIN was entered? Hypothetical question. I gave this company a two only because Richmond did stick with me to help and he was the one passing any information he got from the mechanics. Very disappointing and frustratin.
