Then I get an invoice again on 02/29/2024 for the same! These people have not acted professionally and I would not recommend them at all. If I have to pay, it is sad that they have neither heart for my precarious financial situation, nor do they honor what was stated in email as an agreement. Either way, $750 for a few emails and minimal follow up seems extremely expensive and I am glad they did not complete my taxes or anything else, as it will already cause me to choose between paying them and being able to pay my monthly expenses, such as eating. I hate writing negative feedback, but I feel that this firm is just after my money and could care less about the people they say they are trying to help. I wish there was a less than 1 star I could give for this, and it pains me that I have to resort to reviews when they are so unresponsive and uncaring. I should add that I am giving them one last chance to make this right.
