I booked a private sound bath with Sailee for five of us as a surprise celebration for my mom, and it was more meaningful than I could have imagined. Sailee was so warm and thoughtful from the moment we arrived. She gave us time to settle in and set our intentions, then guided us through a beautiful meditation and sound bath. She had written something especially for my mom's meditation, and afterward my mom told me how loved and special it made her feel. That meant everything to me. We left feeling refreshed, and we spent dinner talking about how wonderful the experience had been. I'm so grateful to Sailee for the care she put into our time together. Sailee has a true gift for making people feel seen, cared for, and completely at ease. She helped make a day that was already special to our family even more memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend Hamsa Vibes. read more

I joined a group session at the San Carlos studio. This was my first sound bath experience and it was truly exceptional. She has a very calming presence and guides you through the session skillfully. What unfolds is a deeply meditative experience. For me it cleansed the stress I had been carrying in my body and took me to something close to an out of body state. I left feeling lighter and clearer than I have in a long time. I meditate regularly, but it was quite revealing to see the transformative effect sound can have. Will certainly do it again. Highly recommend! read more

I had a very relaxing and calming experience at this sound bath session. It began with a gentle meditation that helped me feel grounded and at ease. Sailee invited us to set our intentions, and after sharing them with the group, she thoughtfully selected specific sounds to support them. The session felt surprisingly tailored to bring out the best in everyone present. It's clear that Sailee knows exactly what she is doing and that this work is her calling. She came well prepared with a wide range of instruments, and throughout the hour moved around the studio, which made the experience feel immersive as sounds blended into one another, moving closer and farther away over time. As she integrated sounds with her singing voice, I felt waves of joy and love wash over my body and found myself revisiting and cherishing memories from my life, which felt like a truly healing experience. I left feeling peaceful, refreshed, and recharged. It was like bathing in vibration and I will absolutely be back! Thank you for a genuinely healing session Sailee read more

I am a spiritual being, but have never experienced a "Healing Sound Bath" WOW! Rahasa is wonderful! She is so tuned in to the Universe, and the people she is healing/working with. I went into this sound bath with the intention of letting go of pain, not only was I pain free for the 24 hours, I also had the clarity of how to treat my pain in the future. My partner has been to two Sound Baths, in the past, and said this one was the best, by far. If you are looking to let go of something, be healed, or just relax, Rahasa's Healing Sound Bath is a great way to do all of those things, and more. I will be engaging with Rahasa for other healing work, for sure! Thank you Rahasa! read more

I wanted to update you. Our sessions changed me because it got down to the root of why. Once I understood that- I was able to switch off any negative thoughts. Like not calling anybody in the mornings. It took some time, but it worked! It's like hitting a stop button. Seriously, it's like a super power- I have the ability to now just stop any negativity. Also, I have learned to trust myself in what I say because I know in my heart that it comes from a good place with no bad intentions. I have stopped thinking of how others perceive it because their life experiences will impact how they interpret. Thank you read more

Sailee is holistic in her approach to help any ailments that may be hindering you from living your best quality of life. Her approach to understanding you as a whole - mentally, physically, spiritually is very effective in connecting the dots to help you make changes in one area of your life to help all other. Her recent addition of sound bath healing, hosted at her home provides a safe space to experience your deeper self and reconnect within. She starts with introducing herself, asking for introductions. Her unique approach to asking for intentions at the beginning of the session, helps focus on the area we want to affect in that session. It makes you connected to your fellow yogis and the session elevates to a collective intention and support while also working on your personal focus. She shares her knowledge about the sound vibrations and science behind it, so many pragmatic yogis can relate easily and experience the impact. We had an immersive experience and came away with a good energy infusion, while opening the blockages whether it was in the mind or body. I look forward to taking some private sessions where she uses Sound vibrations on specific areas of the body to release blocked energy and rejuvenate to wellbeing. read more

I've been taking the sound bath meditation class from Sailee for a few months now, and it is a wonderful experience. Sailee's goal is for us to reach down into our subconscious minds, so that we can heal, reprogram, or do whatever we feel we need to do, in order to enhance our lives. She does this with incredible grace, knowledge, and experience. She knows how to modulate our brainwaves, in order for us to succeed in this process, and gives each person some customized attention and treatment. She is a talented musician, very intelligent and articulate, and truly wants to help people. I highly recommend Sailee as a healer, in one format or another, you won't be sorry! read more

Sailee's Sound Bath Ceremonies have been a positive experience for me. Sailee prepares you for your intention for the ceremony and ask questions of each person to get a bit of an understanding of them prior to the Sound Bath Ceremony. She has and uses several instruments. During the ceremony, she feels the different energy of each person and customs the music to help guide, heal or protect a person (depending on each persons need). The ceremonies are relaxing, and it helps slow my rapid thoughts. Sailee puts me in a deep relaxation. I'm looking forward to attending more. Thank you Sailee! read more

Went to try vibration therapy out of curiosity since as a music lover I know the magic vibrations do on instruments, your own voice and listeners around you. On the day I went, I had bit of lingering congestion and typical fall season sinus pains so was thinking of rescheduling but still went anyways. The place was beautifully setup to make you feel comfortable and relaxed as soon as you step in. The variety of instruments and sounds give you a feel of Tibetan monastery right here in the Bay Area. The session started with a series of all body vibration sound instruments that Sailee was able to magically move around to create the harmony between your body, mind and the sound vibrations. At some point the vibrations will put you into semi-sleep mode thats when you know it is really working for you. Halfway into the session I could sense myself breathing easily and the headache disappeared. At the end of the session I walked out pretty much feeling clear. Impressive how effective vibration therapy turned out to be. I highly recommend Sailee's personally designed wellness vibration therapy. It's a unique experience that must be had for continuing wellness of body and mind. And also, as a bonus there is a beautiful charming garden outside to wait/relax before and after the therapy. read more
