The Maha Yoga Center is the only thing I miss about Bridgewater (besides a friend who lives there)…read more I moved away from there last year, and I still haven't found a yoga place that can compare in any way, shape or form. The owner, Diane Lagadec is absolutely AMAZING. I can't really say enough about her or the Center, but I'll try . . . Not only does the Center offer a variety of yoga classes and teachers, but they have days and times that fit anyone's schedule. I took classes with several teachers, and they were all wonderful. My favorite ones were Diane and Mona Cusick. Each teacher offers something different as far as their approach, so it's an individual thing. I would give any of them a try. The Center also offers many interesting workshops for body, mind and spirit. I took belly dance classes here with two different teachers, and I had a great experience. Check their schedule online for the latest offerings. They also sometimes have special concerts. I went to a Kirtan once, and I had never been to one before. It was really cool, and I recommend going if you like to sing. The space itself is beautiful with spacious yoga rooms . . . there are also 2 large bathrooms for changing. The place is very clean and decorated in a very lovely, spiritual way. There are many wonderful things to buy in the shop, including jewelry, clothing, books, incense, and other supplies. I've bought my most beautiful earrings here, and a shirt that I get compliments on every time I wear it. The people who work at the Center are so nice you'll want to come back again and again. I wish I could come back here, but I now live in Cambridge and got rid of my car. Sigh. If you live in the Bridgewater area, you MUST check it out. By the way, the Center moved some time ago, and aren't in Central Square. They are at 992 Bedford Street (Route 18).

We discussed my needs and I confidently prepared for the treatment table. She gently approaches you with your chosen essential oil and continues to connect with you. During our pretreatment chat I expressed discomfort in one of my shoulders. She took her time and addressed my shoulder discomfort with gentle compassion as was the whole massage and reiki treatment. The entire session was relaxing, loving, gentle with comfortable pressure. Kristina also addressed energetic blocks, releasing tension my body was holding on to. Thank you Kristina! I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, lighter, grounded and loved. I can't wait for my next session. I have also taken Kristina's yoga and meditation classes. She is incredibly knowledgeable and beautifully guides you through mindful movement and guided meditations. I always leave her classes with heartfelt peace. I am grateful she is definitely part of my self care.

She literally read every single person in the audience besides maybe five of us in the first beginning of the show, she read the people in the back who paid less knowing they wouldn't stay for the vip after show so in my opinion, if you really wanna go pay less for your tickets because the VIP people got less what really upset me was we left that show even more sad and angry than we went in. She announced in the beginning of the show we would leave lighter She claimed we would see signs all around us when we left as well didn't happen. She called on the person I was with and said she'd come back to them and never did. I'm not saying this review just for that reason I am telling you she was very vague with everything. She was saying to people in the audience. She was there as a comedian instead of something that was actually serious. I didn't pay to go see a comedian I paid to see something serious. She was extremely funny but again I didn't pay to go see a comedian. Not to mention the fact, she was definitely drinking alcohol throughout her show which I believe is unprofessional unless you're at a comedy show. I paid to hear seriousness about our dead passed away loved ones we went for closure and got nothing. and everything she said to each person was similar. I do not believe she's actually a medium. I wasted a lot of money coming to the show. Don't believe me try for yourself.

Greg has made me turn my back on every other person who has ever given me a massage. He is my go to person and I make sure I see him at least once a month. His prices are so frigging affordable, his space is so calming, and this is literally the thing I look forward too every single month. As long as Greg is in business, he'll have my business! Update: Almost three years later and I'm glad to report nothing has changed! Greg is still the best. He works out all the knots without pain and also helps me stretch because I suck. He never complains or judges. I literally promise him that I'm going to stretch and I never do. He never ever makes me feel bad about my poor decisions. Nor does he ever give up on trying to help me make better decisions. In order for me to go somewhere else, Greg will have to kick me out and trust me, it will not be without a fight! I'm never leaving!
