I chose vaping to help me quit smoking. (Smoke free since August 2015!!) I've been to a lot of different vape shops. Tried many "house blends". Opaques blend is by far the best I've tried. Although they only sell their house blends (which I prefer over name brands) you will not be dissatisfied. Their prices beat any other shops I've been to. And I've enjoyed pretty much all of their flavors. Top Choices? OV SIGNATURE- You can taste the coconut. So if you don't like coconut you will not like this. Pear Of Aces- Pear & Honeydew blend beautifully together. My favorite juice. Ambrosia- Fruit blend. Sweet, and a everyday vape choice. Baja- Spinoff of Mt Dews Baja Blast soda. The evening crew has always been super helpful and created some of the best ejuice I ever had. The day crew, however, were the opposite. Because of the day crew and their crappy attitudes, I learned how to make my own ejuice from Central Vapors and buy needed hardware online. I just purchased this MOD....they didn't give any details about the MOD. And only after one use the top is loose thus not connecting with the pin with my tank. So, when I took it back to the store with the receipt and original packaging they refused to refund me and telling me to call the manufacturer. THAT IS how POOR the customer service was that they only care of selling products...they wouldn't even do a trade for a different MOD at the same price. SO, if you want GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT SHOP THERE. I will NEVER shop there again and I will make sure ALL of my friends, co-workers and family NEVER shop there. Been long time smoker looking to vape to quit. Went in Jamie was super helpful didn't pressure me to buy anything or anything expensive, she had a ton of information for me and answered all my questions and left there buying one that worked for me and left happy with some juices. Love the MOD I bought it had a bad coil that it came with and leaked all the juice out but went back in the next day and they looked at it and fixed the issue for me right away and gave me a new coil. I'm going to keep this short and sweet! This is the only shop in the area I can rely on. The in house juices are amazing. Everyone knows you can search the Internet and get cheaper mods, tanks and accessories but I would rather buy my stuff from these guys. At least if something goes wrong you can bring it back to them and they will take care of you. I really hope with all the regulations going into effect soon that this company will remain intact. I have an infinix and I know that they are 20 dollars for a reason. I bought my device 15 days ago and it's already broken. I've had four of these devices and none of them have broken within 15 days that's ridiculously. Their return policy is 30 days, and on your receipt it shows reasons on why you cannot return your device. I went into the store and showed two guys but they still would not give me a new device. Even though not one of the "non returnable" reasons were wrong with my vape. I really hope they start working on their customer service. The guy that was trying to help me kept saying "I don't know", which was very irritating because he didn't know what to do. read more
