Having said that; my first visit to All About It was a several years ago, maybe 2012.... A close friend (more like a brother) brought me with to help him pick out a small spoon. At first glance, it doesn't look like much... The shop itself isn't huge, and about half of it is dedicated to artists other than glassblowers. They have handmade jewelry, clothing, incense, etc. Also, the glass for sale is all higher-end. At the time, I thought the prices were a little high for my taste, having perused shops like Pipes n' Stuff and Secrets downtown, and talked $450 pipes down to $300. When my friend bought the pipe, I told him I liked it, but I wouldn't spend that much on it. If I'd had as much disposable income or savings as he did, I probably would've gotten it, but I was hustlin' at the time and didn't really spend my money on art back then. What I did notice was a very Heady vibe... everyone there treated customers with respect, but didn't take any shit. If you come in talking about what Deals you can get Elsewhere, then they make it clear to you that you're not their target clientele. They don't need every hotheaded stoner coming in, talking shit, and trying to haggle over the price of Art that the proprietors themselves probably had a hand in creating or cultivating. If that's you, don't go to this shop, they don't want your vibes dirtying up their clean environment. It's run more like a family than a business. Only kind behavior will be tolerated, and you won't be manipulating their style with your measly dollars. But if you're in the market for HEADY glass and other art, You've come to the Right Place.

I don't know the ins and outs of all these different devices they have. She huffs and puffs and complains when she has to answer a question of mine. She's actually told me to go look on Google myself to figure it out. Now today I go in there to try to buy something and this woman is trying to sell me Open box items for the same price that they are brand new sealed? listed for for ones that are not open and I told her I'll go buy it somewhere else. She said "that's fine" and she actually told me "thank you" so she's thanking me for not giving her my business? The unprofessionalism THE, narcissistic entitled ism by this woman is appalling and whoever owns this place should tell her to pack her bags and hit the road because I will never go in and spend another penny there if my life depended on it.
