He was helpful and friendly and attentive too. They were putting together some marquis shaped dangle earrings on sterling silver posts. The pink gold is available, but the backings are white gold. It's an additional $100 or so. I settled on the sterling silver post and marquis since they had no earrings readily available with the white gold posts or sterling silver posts. $200 for the small dangling sterling silver opal earrings.

While I was in the store the owner and his employees were very kind to me and my dog, tucked away in her dog sling; they offered her water. The employees are very friendly and welcoming; considering the multitude of international tourists. I purchased several items in the Clearance section of the store as well as the main section. All the items I purchased were reasonably priced. The store has an extensive selection of souvenirs for everyone's taste.
