The menu is simple with the stalwart breakfast and lunch/dinner dishes and sandwich offerings. The menu prices very reasonable. My wife and I had breakfast here. I had biscuits and gravy along with a cinnamon roll. My wife had the breakfast burrito. My biscuits tasted freshly made and the gravy had nice chunks of sausage in it. The breakfast burrito was on the smaller side (which my wife appreciated) but it was less than $4 and was very good. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Clean restrooms and 2 gas pumps if you need to fuel up your vehicle. I'm glad we made the stop.

We came in and looked around and they told us "we don't have hot food, we only have cold sandwiches, and you can't eat them inside". The told us that if we wanted hot, sit-down food we should go to the place on the other side of the highway. We did, and, it was closed. When I saw him picking it up I realized it was mine and he gave it back to me. In all the stores in West Yellowstone, I have never seen anyone take the time to keep the floor clean. While I was in the store the owner and his employees were very kind to me and my dog, tucked away in her dog sling; they offered her water. The employees are very friendly and welcoming; considering the multitude of international tourists. I purchased several items in the Clearance section of the store as well as the main section. All the items I purchased were reasonably priced. The store has an extensive selection of souvenirs for everyone's taste. Spend sometime looking around and sit at the old fashion soda bar and enjoy the best ice cream in West Yellowstone. I highly recommend to visit this store.

I asked the lady who was working there (assuming the owner) if she had any, and she took me towards the back of the store and showed me one shirt that had an American flag with a silhouette of the Tetons. I told her I wasn't looking for one with an American flag. She said to me "then you need to leave my store". I knew in an instant that she had made this interaction political when all I wanted was a more NPS-related shirt. My reply to her was "you don't have to be MAGA to love America". As exited the store, the woman followed me out onto the sidewalk yelling at me "leave America!!!" My husband was getting gas across the street from her store and heard her yelling at me but could not understand what she was saying. First of all my grandfather's ancestors arrived in America in the 1600s at Jamestown so I have as much right to be here as she does bc she was obviously NOT INDIGENOUS. I am an American citizen and have no intentions of leaving. Apparently, the store only sells to MAGA/Trump supporters so be aware or shop elsewhere if your political beliefs align differently from the owner. Addendum: The owner's response is a fabrication of the events that occurred that day. Maybe she is embarrassed or attempting to save face in her community for her behavior? Everyone has bad days. Even the piles of rocks on tables that had already been searched through, you can still find TONS of garnets! It's quite amazing how Many there are. It was truly exciting. All 5 of us searching.
