The menu is simple with the stalwart breakfast and lunch/dinner dishes and sandwich offerings. The menu prices very reasonable. My wife and I had breakfast here. I had biscuits and gravy along with a cinnamon roll. My wife had the breakfast burrito. My biscuits tasted freshly made and the gravy had nice chunks of sausage in it. The breakfast burrito was on the smaller side (which my wife appreciated) but it was less than $4 and was very good. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Clean restrooms and 2 gas pumps if you need to fuel up your vehicle. I'm glad we made the stop.

We came in and looked around and they told us "we don't have hot food, we only have cold sandwiches, and you can't eat them inside". The told us that if we wanted hot, sit-down food we should go to the place on the other side of the highway. We did, and, it was closed. (I chose this place using the Yelp app because it was the only place open on Monday in the area. ) So we drove another hour to Idaho Falls for food. The opals looked cool though.

Plenty of street parking outside too, I got a spot no problem and you don't have to pay anywhere along the roads in west Yellowstone. They had bathrooms for customers too, decently clean. They will look over them at the end and tell you which are jewelry quality. The workers were friendly amd tell you how to soft and find the stones as well as what they call sugar garnets which are more plentiful. I would suggest wearing a hat as there is not a ton of shade and it can get a little warm when the sun is shining right on you as you dig.
