I have an incoming shipment coming from overseas and OnTrac ended up being the Last Mile Carrier from Vernon California. Since Tuesday of last week (8 days now) my package has been showing as Delivery Delayed, while sitting in their Spokane Washington facility. I have contacted customer service, which is absolutely of no help, finally 3 days later on Friday, found out that they didn't put my suite number on the package (which oddly enough shouldn't have mattered since it never actually went out for delivery). So anyways, fixed that issue, and was guaranteed by customer service, it would be delivered on the next business day (Monday), well here we are now on Wednesday, and my package is still being held by their facility, and of course there is no one to contact at the local office, because they don't want to deal with all of the irritated customers trying to find their package. Everytime Nordstroms uses these guys there is a huge issue with my deliveries. From delivering my packages not once but twice to two different neighbors, losing a package and now my package arrived in Spokane on 12/14, showed it was out for delivery on 12/15 and it is now 12/20 and still haven't received it. It takes over 30 minutes to get someone to answer their customer service hotline and when they do, they are ZERO help. They also won't give out Spokane number even though that is where our package has sat for over a week. No one should use this company to ship. Worst customer service ever! I can only hope Nordstroms will stop using them once we contact their corporate office. read more

It is too bad one star has to be given. This company is terrible. They never deliver on time. When they do it is generally after 8 p in my case. According to Nordstrom they supposedly prescan so their packages say they were delivered when they really weren't. Probably so they can say they met their guaranteed deadline. 3 large packages were left in front of the garage at 7:45pm in full view of the street 20 feet away. No contact or notification or even a knock on the door to let us know they were out there, just happened to see their van drive away. I've been seeing the same thing in all other reviews. I have three packages that I have been waiting on for over a week, and when 11/12 came around, they just stopped scanning my packages. There's no further updates, no record of them being scanned in at the facility. They're stuck in a "delayed" mode for days and days... Package has been sitting in the Spokane office for 16 days now. Contacted them on the the phone talked to a supervisor was told the drivers have to use their own vehicle to do delivery and if they don't want to drive to a location they don't have to. I asked if I can come pick my package up and was told Home Depot will not let them release the package to me they have to deliver it. I have had 100% of all 2 of my ontrac delivery orders from companies NOT arrive at all! One is still perpetually lost, since October. It arrives in Spokane in 3 days, then ZAP! thin air. The other arrived in Spokane after 3 days and it was updated daily as to delivery, then after over a month marked "delivered" to Spokane, but I am in Coeur-d'Alene, Idaho! They shut down their email system and no help comes. I have been receiving Ontrac parcels for over 10 years. Suddenly, this is an organized mob to steal other people's purchases. I've been waiting for my dog's medication since 11/19. The package reached Ontrac's Spokane facility on 11/18, but the tracking status shows that delivery has been delayed, every day since then. No returned phone calls. No response to emails. I finally reached out to the vendor to find out my options on this non-returnable but vitally needed item. Ontrac has a horrible reputation in this area. Packages are either delayed then "lost," or they are marked as "delivered" even though we have proof that no delivery took place. If my medication vendor will not use another shipper, I will look for another medication vendor. read more

I am willing to bet this is some guy in a van posing a business. Not much of a delivery company if I am yet another customer who didn't get the package. Chalk up another one. "Our records indicate this package was delivered to X at X time" is all you get. No, the package wasn't delivered at all. No door knocks, no doorbell rings, just "Our records indicated ..." yeah. This place should not be in business in this industry as they appear to be fraudulent. I wonder how many customers had their packages stolen by this company posing as a delivery service? Never thought I had to consider the shipping company when placing an order. I will be looking out for anyone shipping with this comapny and pay a dollar more to avoid them. I'm expecting two packages to be delivered from this company. One was out for delivery on 10/26/21 and still haven't received it. A phone call to their 800 number I'm told that when they call the Spokane facility no one answers the phone. Still today no package. I told them I think the delivery person kept my package. Second package was to be delivered Monday 11/5/21 and states it's in Spokane. Once again keeping getting an update every day that I will get it at the end of the day and no package yet. Called them today and the same answer no one answers the phone at the facility to check on status. They email them to get an update and no response. I've spoke to Veronica in their escalation department twice now and I'm not sure why they have this department because they can't do anything as well. How can a company work like this. OnTrac is awful and I've let both companies I have orders coming from through them about this situation and they need to not use them. Companies need to stop using them!!! we ordered 2 sets of wheels from tire rack, 3 weeks ago. wheels are inside a trailer in spokane wa. 20 minutes from us. ontrac won't deliver them, and won't allow us to pick them up via will call. tire rack is re-shipping the wheels via ups and fed ex on their dime. ontrac s-u-c-k-s!!!! don't ship with these guys if you e_v_e_r want the packages delivered!!!! ontrac customer service representative did 'squat' to help and only kept saying "i'm sorry, i apologize for the delay" but not once offered any solution!!!! would give negative stars if i could!!! read more
