Nick accommodated me by doing a warranty regulation on the watch to correct the negative deviation (runs slow). He did not have to do that as Laco has no service centers in the US. But since he was an Authorized Dealer he took care of me. He did an excellent job of regulating my watch. Very happy and a loyal customer going forward. While I waited, I looked at their jewelry and watches and saw quite a nice variety. I wasn't looking for a a fourth watch that night but now I know where to go when I'm ready for one, and especially to keep my watch running smoothly.
