If you are curious, or even care Royce would probably be more than happy to explain instead of pasting the reason(s) all over a review. I appreciate Royce reaching out to me directly and professionally. It is unfair to penalize him or his business with such a harsh review that probably would not give a customer the whole picture, or even Royce a chance to continue to earn business where he can being that a customer would see a 1 star review possibly being forever swayed by it to not go forward. Royce was responsive about us still possibly needing a forklift down the line, and overall he does deserve the update. Look forward to seeing/chatting with you again Royce. I wish your business the best of luck.

I cannot say enough good things about the tremendous experience I had with Royce at Inland Empire…read moreLift. They have a large selection of forklifts to meet a diverse array of tasks and we found a unit to meet our needs within 15 minutes of walking around the yard. Royce immediately gave me a very good purchase price, but I had wanted some refurbishment work accomplished before taking delivery. He went above and beyond by providing me with a loaner forklift while the refurbishment work was being performed, the loaner also being a high quality Toyota. In due course Royce and Gus transformed the beat up looking unit I purchased into a show piece; not only are the mechanical components operating flawlessly, but the aesthetics are factory fresh. Within 48 hours of delivery Gus came back down to perform a shakedown of the unit and check all of the fluids. Inland Empire Lift takes substantial pride in their work, their customer service is without equal, and the entire process was seamless and easy. Without a doubt they are the place to go for forklift rental and purchasing; these guys know their stuff inside and out, and I could not be happier with the overall experience and end result.

This business doesn't care about anyone's neighborhood. they might bring revenue to the city of…read moreOntario, but they are the worst in allowing their vans and their utility trucks to be parked all over the streets of Ontario. They allow their employees to drive home their vans and utility trucks. And supposedly, they're supposed to park in front of their home or in their driveway, but they don't. These employees don't even live on the street that they're parking on. They park the vehicles, then get in their private cars and drive off to their residences which are not in the neighborhood where the vehicles are parked. Residents cannot have guests park in front of their homes because of Raymond West vehicles taking up parking. It's funny how these vehicles park in front of home that have surveillance cameras so that they can take advantage of their vehicle being watched by surveillance that the resident pays for their own safety, not to guard Raymond West vehicles. This company is not neighborhood friendly. Hopefully I never have to do business with them. In speaking with Raymond West personnel about this problem they act like they care but they don't.

Horrible service. They sent a tech out to repair my forklift. The tech though…read more he found the issue but had to go back to the shop to get the part and then disappeared for 4 days. I had to call to find out if he would be coming back to finish the job. Upon return it turns out it wasn't that part but a different part that was the issue. He said it was in stock and he would go get it and come right back. Hours later a different tech shows up with a bill and says they don't have the part and now my forklift needs to be picked up and brought into their shop to finish the repairs. Total BS to try to get more money out of the job. I went online, found the part and installed it the next day.
