Earlier in the year I had an issue where my car started to overheat as I left the shop and they came to my home and brought coolant and were able to drive it back to the shop and diagnose the issue and fix it. They were willing to reimburse me if I had to get a rental car, but luckily were able to figure out the cause that same day. Jose is always very helpful and easy to talk to. He's dropped me off home a couple of times from the shop. Gabriel is very direct and transparent about pricing. They are very on top of what they do. They were able to help diagnose my problems. They found a few other things that I was not aware of what is most important to me is that they showed me exactly what was going on they explained it to me in a way that I could understand and we're extremely friendly. These guys are Masters at the craft. They helped me prioritize what was most important but also worked with me to stay in my budget. I have a list of future work that they also helped me prioritize. I want to keep my 7.3 diesel on the road for a long time this is the place to get it done. I'll be returning there pretty soon to rebuild my front end and a few other things that needed to get done. Dan is very helpful and patient so please be patient with him. Allow yourself some extra time but trust me this is the place you want to go with your Ford diesel. I hang out with a few other guys that also have 7.3 diesel engines. This is gonna be our spot.
