Carlos is the best! So helpful, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to us the problem with our car and anything else that could be related. I was in and out in one day even though other places wanted me to leave my car over night. I live 30 minutes away but I'll happily make the drive again to work with an honest business like High Tech. read more

Prices are way too high and I had to take my car back three times for the same issue which was a bad fuel pump in which he charged me 1,000 dollars and to this day does not work adequately and for some reason my speed odometer is not responsive one day after I picked up my car the third time. I asked to know the order number of the fuel pump installed because obviously what he is doing is buying very cheap products and selling his services for triple and Muhammad the owner along with Mark denied to give me the order the number and said, "We are not responsible for the broken parts we just buy them we don't make them." Muhammad has raised his voice at me numerous times when I questioned him about the broken fuel pump and has even went so far to cuss me out and hang up on me. I am definitely going to see another mechanic and I suggest you do too and save lots of money and time. read more

I've been taking my 2013 C250 for 7yrs and received excellent service ever time!! Debbie and Carlos are the best!

Toyota was charging me $1500+ to change my clutch. I called High Tech after my Boss recommended me to them. Muhammad treated me very well and offered me towing, machine my flywheel, and new clutch for WAY less than Toyota was giving me. They were also very fast. Took less than one business day and I was back on the road. I am very satisfied with the work and my clutch is now smooth as butter. I will definitely come back here if I ever need work on my cars again. read more

Very customer service oriented and a great owner. Mohammed has been in the business for many years, very knowledgable and hard working, I got to talking about his experiences and he has worked from the bottom up, starting his own family business about 22 years ago after working for some of the bigger chains. He will only advise you to make repairs that you need so you can trust his shop to do quality work at fair prices. My family as been going to his repair shop for over 5 years now and we have never had anything but great service. My mother started going to him and more often than not a lady walking into a shop will get ripped off but his fair prices and reliable work brought her back year after year and I know that myself, as a women, feel comfortable walking into the shop by myself to service my car. Take your car and down and let him take a look at it, you won't be disappointed at his level of care and service. read more

I was satisfied with the work done on my Honda, also with the customer servise. Mohammad and employees/mechanics made it happen, they did a lot of work on my car for a good price Totally coming back for any other work needed to be done on my car, they do it all. read more

This shop is my number one go to. I'm not too familiar with cars, how they work and such so I've always been worried about people taking advantage. If you are looking for honest hard working people to trust your car with this is the place to go. Muhammad (owner), Carlos (car tech), and Moody(wrap specialist) don't waste any time to tell you what's wrong, how to fix it, prices and they always give you options considering your budget. I have been going to them for about five years now and they have never steered me wrong. They are always very helpful, flexible, and get straight to business. Don't waste time going shop to shop worried about people lying and over charging, just go here and I promise you that you'll be very happy with them. read more

I used to take my cars to the GM dealership for service because I wanted to make sure that complex repairs would be done right the first time by highly experienced certified mechanics. However when I started going to High Tech Foreign Auto Care about 10 years ago, I noticed that High Tech is MUCH BETTER at diagnosing problems and doing high quality repairs vs. the dealership, even though it costs a lot less. Since then I've been going to High Tech for everything, small to complex. The guys are very honest and never recommend anything that is unnecessary (unlike the dealership which is very shady). Service is fast, sometimes the same day and usually finished by the 2nd day. This is one of the best repair shops in our area. read more

I've been going here for many years. They have always been reliable and trustworthy in providing the right part and service for almost every automotive issue that you may have. Highly recommended. read more

Moody and his partner were great, honest, and down-to-earth guys. They explained the process beginning with the type of wrap, and always asked if I had any questions. Best experience i've ever had at an auto shop. Mohammed greeted me and was able to do my oil change and tire rotation within a couple of hours. Other shops usually take up a big portion of my day just to do an oil change. Not only was the service fast and great, the price was great too. I'm very appreciative of the awesome service and time they took to work on my car last minute. Will definitely be returning to High Tech Auto for all my cars needs and will definitely be referring them to all my friends and family! Thanks guys! read more

Right when I walked in I was immediately greeted by Mohammad the owner of the shop. Told him I needed B1 service done, He quoted me a great price and got 10% discount. Thank you! read more

I found out about this place through a recommendation from a friend when I brought up that I wanted the hood of my car vinyl wrapped. I called and got quoted a price that was cheaper than all the other places that I asked. Immediately I was skeptical of the quality of the work but decided to go for it anyway. I made an appointment to have my hood wrapped and showed up at the shop. I didn't have a ride so I hung out there while he wrapped my hood. Overall it was a fun experience, he explained everything to me while he was wrapping and paid good attention to detail. Overall I was very happy for what I paid and the quality of the work. No wrinkles/air bubbles and straights cuts and had it all done in about an hour. I definitely recommend high tech auto wraps to anyone in the SoCal area that wants their vehicle vinyl wrapped. read more

I have been taking my cars to Hi Tech for over 15 years. Mohammed has always treated me fairly. He has never tried to sell me something I didn't need. In fact he often will tell me that a part is not in need of repair when I think it may be. I highly recommend Hi Tech!! read more

Just got a sweet wrap on my car hood, roof, trunk, and lights. I saw that the clear coat was coming of so i decided to try the vinyl way and have zero regrets. The owners son is the one who does the vinyl and he is verry careful not to scratch the original paint even though it wouldnt matter if he did. I cant wait for the rest of my paint to come off so I could have a reason why I should wrap the rest of my car. I got my headlights and tailights done in all black but its not to dark to the point where you cant see anything but still looks pretty clean. read more

My Mom recomended this place I was greeted by Mohammed right away and I told him I was the one who called about a new clutch for my Fiat 500. he was kind enough to give me a ride home and picked me back up when the job was completed. initially gave him 5 stars for an awesome service, but when i inquired about another service, he said he would get back to me but he never did, i tried texting and calling him multiple times to no avail. i even asked my friend to call using a different number, and voila! they picked up the phone after 1 ring! talk about professionalism. all they had to do was be honest and say no that they cant do the job, not leave me hanging and start ignoring me. read more
