After spending many frustrating hours in my garage trying to install trailer brakes myself, I…read morefinally decided to call a professional. It was the best decision I could have made. I needed free-backing drum brakes installed on my boat trailer, along with all the wiring. My trailer originally didn't have brakes, and I thought it would be a simple project--but I was completely wrong. I found this company on Google, gave them a call, and just three days later they came out to do the installation. My first impression was excellent. They were friendly, professional, and even cracked a few jokes while explaining exactly what they were going to do and how long the job would take. Their work truck was clean, they were well-organized, and all three technicians were professional and respectful. I left them working in my garage while I went to work, and when I came home a few hours later, everything was finished. The installation was outstanding. My garage was spotless, the brake system looked professionally installed, and all the wiring was neatly hidden inside the trailer frame instead of hanging underneath. The attention to detail really stood out. I've already put a few hundred miles on the trailer and launched my boat several times, and everything has worked flawlessly. I highly recommend them for any trailer brake installation or trailer repair. I'm extremely happy with the quality of their work. Thank you!

I hadn't done it before, so I asked if I could hang out, watch and learn so I at least know what's going on inside there. Well my wheels didn't have nearly enough grease from the factory so it's good I had them come by, they replaced bearings and adjusted brakes, I'm confident in their work and know I'm safe on the road. Legit the kindest people you could ask for, thorough and know their stuff. I ask questions, they can answer them and explain what they're looking at and looking for. There's a reason their reviews are great, this is who you want to take care of your vehicles.

Horrible service. Pricing is okay, not the cheapest but not the best. They do come fast. However,…read moretheir knowledge and service is subpar. They fixed a belt on my forklift, it broke that same day again. They gave me a slight discount on the second belt and said we need a tensioner, but will not provide discount for the same labor. I asked him if it breaks again, what happens then? He said he will have to charge me for everything again. I asked him why? Because he saw the forklift twice already, and keeps on charging me for the same thing. Isn't there something call warranty? The guy was so rude and said he doesn't why it happens until it happens. So after breaking twice and looking at it three times, he still doesn't know? Lol. Seems like a fraudster who keeps on trying to charge people multiple times. Sure, it's cheaper than others each time, but you're paying for multiple services multiple times. Good luck to you all. Update: So after checking the forklift twice, he said he still wouldn't know what's wrong with it. So if it breaks again, be will still have to charge me for everything for the third time. I told him that's not how business works. There is something called warranty. This guy wouldn't listen and kept spouting how he wouldn't know... So after talking over me about how "he wouldn't know what wrong with the forklift after failing multiple times, and wouldn't listen, I finally told him to shut up. He was "surprised" I told him to shut up. Should I kept listening to his nonsense while talking over me and justifying his ridiculous scam? This business is hilarious. If you can't fix something after 3 times, then you should not be in this business.

The employee assisting me asked another parts employee, Jose Romero, for help. Jose located the correct part on the computer, but the dealership did not have it in stock. I politely asked for the part number only because I needed to find it somewhere else as soon as possible. This is an important part for my semi-truck, and I needed to get the truck ready to work tonight. Jose appeared reluctant to give me the part number. After eventually providing it, he said to me in front of other customers, "Why are you always coming here looking for part numbers and you never buy anything?" I felt embarrassed and disrespected by his comment. I have been a loyal Rush Truck Center customer for more than three years and have spent thousands of dollars purchasing parts for my trucks. I was not asking for a part number to waste anyone's time. Rush did not have the part available, and I urgently needed it to get my truck back to work. Speaking to a longtime customer that way, especially in front of other customers, was unnecessary and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this situation and provides better customer-service training so other customers are not made to feel unwelcome when asking for legitimate assistance.

Your business phone number was going to vm for weeks vm full sent emails to your business email address that says no longer in service then email went through weeks later no call backs no return calls have text messages outgoing and incoming including pictures from mechanic your work phone and another phone number he was communicating from. I am very disappointed because when Alberto and I spoke earlier in the year I advised him of the purchase I would be making and the repair it needed and was assured that his mechanics would do a great job as I was confident in their integrity and their work ethic. Noone has returned any of my calls the mechanic stopped answering refusing to return my vehicle and I've been disrespected and disregarded now I am forced to take legal action against you. I left a review on their google business page a month ago someone hearted the message but never responded as the owner often replies to reviews left. The business number is still the same goes to vm and has been since 12/2025. Sent a demand letter with a packet of proof that this busienss was in possession of my vehicle that was returned at this point a lawsuit is the only move to make. God will work it out for me. It's pretty disgusting.
