***GIVE A READ BEFORE PURCHASING A VEHICLE*** *** A college…read morestudent 14k in debt AFTER owning jeep for 5 months*** *** Refuse to help because of "Lemon Law". No Good Will*** A couple months ago, I approached Tom and informed him that I was in need of a vehicle, preferably a jeep or truck. I explained I was a college student, my car was just stolen and I needed something that was reliable and fits my needs! There was a Jeep that had everything I was looking for. I asked as many questions as I could about this vehicle. Tom informed me that this Jeep was excellent, everything was tested, reliable and that "We stand by our vehicles and if something goes wrong, we do what's right to take care of the customer". And that there was nothing to worry about on the mileage (114,000k) because it was in excellent condition. I purchased the Jeep happily and feeling confident. The engine light came on 2 days after purchasing and he said it was nothing to worry about. Long story short, it's been 5 months and the engine need to be replaced. Every mechanic and dealership I brought the jeep too said that there was no way the seller didn't know something was wrong. Upon inspection, things were rigged up within the engine. I'm now a college student in Nursing school who is in 14k debt on a vehicle that I can't even drive. Have no money to fix or replace this engine. I called him for help and he kept trying to throw me off and put the problem onto the mechanic. Tom also said he would not help pay anything. The most he said he could do is inspect my jeep and fix it, but would charge me the full amount and would be 3 months out! remind you, winter is coming in 2 weeks. They do not care about their customers. They dont know what good will is. Don't recommend to anyone.

STAY AWAY ! By far the absolute WORSE customer service in any car dealership I've ever been to,…read morespecifically referring to the service dept. Keep in mind I have purchased 3 vehicles from this location over the span of 10 years. Each year this place gets worse and becomes more corporate. In return you as the customer become just a number. Where do I even begin? The absurd charges, zero personalities, nastiness, not willing to work with the customer? The downfall to this place is when Joe from service was either fired or quit (still a mystery). That guy knew how to treat customers properly. Let me give you a few examples. I watched an elderly man who JUST bought a vehicle come into the service dept to ask some questions about the infotainment and emergency assistance features in his new car after he was a bit confused on how certain things worked. The service dept had the audacity to tell this gentleman he could book an appointment and there would be $100 charge. WTH?! Beware that they charge "lift fees". Over $100 just to put your car on a lift and nothing else? So you just bought a $30,000 vehicle and they charge a lift fee? Zero accommodations for repeat regular customers. I personally had a check engine light on and needed an inspection and oil change. Was told at the time of my appointment they can't do the inspection due to the check engine light and I'd need to reschedule. There next available time was a month and half away which by then my inspection would be overdue. I was told they would immediately scrape my sticker off and I could rent a car at my own expense or drive the vehicle home without a sticker if I couldn't afford the repairs. They had zero idea if my car would be safe to drive until then. Offered no advice. They apparently had no time at all to run quick diagnosis that I was willing to pay their $250 fee for just that. They needed a month and a half. Really ? They were rude with an attitude and offered zero options or help going forward. This is NOT how I remember the service dept when Joe was there. You would think after spending tens of thousands of dollars they would be willing to accommodate a repeat customer. Now they created a disgruntled customer who will never buy another vehicle from them again. In fact I will do everything in my power to steer hard working people in the community away from this dealership. If you want exceptional service and feel like you're being treated like a human being and not just a number try visiting Mike Barney Nissan where Joe is currently employed in the service dept. If you want to stay local, Heinrich Chevrolet offers exceptional customer service. You'll get the service you deserve !!
