The best thing about the studio is the effort the staff makes to connect to their students. The atmosphere was immediately comfortable. The studio has many lesson rooms, it's own full-sized state of the art sound stage, a band rehearsal room, and a recording studio. OnStage Studios is a full-service music studio. You can even have your instruments repaired. This is exciting to me because I play several instruments and two are currently in need of repair. I trust them totally to do a good job. This place is AWESOME!!!!!! I seriously cannot say enough great things about this music school! The owners are the nicest people and are beyond talented! Jamie is such an amazing teacher and musician! I also love that his wife is a elementary teacher! I love when she is in the studio helping out because she has such a sweet demeanor and my daughter loves seeing her. I have also heard that you can rent the back stage for birthday parties. We have been working with local studios, schools, and musicians in Palm Beach County since 2012. Finding the right teacher, equipment, location, etc. is near impossible if you are even remotely knowledgeable about music. These two cats have finally brought amazing musicianship, sound, equipment, excellence, caring, and support to the local music scene. Their genuine and outgoing selves have impressed us to the core. Our son Sam is a fairly accomplished bass player who is tough to find an instructor for. Jaime has been able to both click with Sam and challenges him which is saying a lot. Sam's band, Expressway to the Stars, has moved their practice venue from every other studio in the county to OnStage. Even though they cost a little more, the level of equipment and sound is well worth it. My husband is the band music director with an astute ear, IMPRESSED. The drummer's dad, a sound engineer, and drummer, IMPRESSED, the singer's dad is a professional lighting specialist, IMPRESSED. We've been with On Stage a short time and I've found the owner Jamie to be very professional. My son and his friend joined at the same time and created a band with the help of Jamie a guitar player was found. The kids are encouraged to write their own music and be creative. He has a gift for directing them in the right direction to get the results they're looking for. He is completely dedicated and hands on. A talented musician of many instruments, he is aware of everyone in the room at the same time and can give constructive criticism and correct a missed note in a manner that young musicians respect and can relate. Watching Jamie direct and listen to the originals come to life is like a master weaver of notes and sounds creating a delightful tapestry all blended together, until a full picture of sound is revealed. This place is unbelievable. We just started taking drum lessons there. The atmosphere is so cool and welcoming. My son absolutely adores it. Everyone is so nice. From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by Scott until you walk out the door, you have smile on your face. My son counts down the days until his next lesson. Sean his drum teacher is truly amazing. He is so patient and really gets my son and I know all kids. My son already knows how to play things on the drums and is so excited about it.
