Like walking into the Louvre in France, this showroom makes you want to put your hands in your pockets and just drool. That being said, I really wish the layout and furniture was more inviting to get the artist to sit down and play. Each instrument, nay, work of art is so intimidating sitting there, the most I could muster to commit to was one pass at the scales. But every press of the key was gold, every note like a rich velvety flow of chocolate in the ears, a drug shooting through the brain. Had I played one more note... I would have immediately sold my car to buy any one of these magical devices and happily walked to work the rest of my life. So I did buy a bench... The Rolls Royce of benches, so that when I sit at my thrift store baby grand, at least my back-side feels like I am someone important. Ask for Bob. And let him know I actually wanted a double bench.... And was gonna over-spend this months budget for it, condemning myself to canned tuna for the next month. If you want your child to have a proper music education, send them anywhere else. You would probably be better watching YouTube tutorials. I think the issues stem from the top down. They are nickel and diming everyone, and the quality of work isn't worth the price. I can't tell you how many teachers my kid has had, and no they don't tell you. My child has gotten attached to three teachers only for them to never return. Front desk staff also turns over far too often. I've heard anecdotally from other parents that they do not treat their staff properly. I think the turnover rate speaks for itself. And the replacement teachers are young, clueless, and don't know their right hand from their left. Issues of racism and ableism are also an open secret. But I can't put up with this any longer. I have heard of multiple instances from parents about mistreatment or black and autistic children (and their families). I know the front desk refused to look a black mother in the eye. Anyway, I pulled my child out several weeks ago. I reccomend any parent looking for lessons to go anywhere else.

The adult program has teachers that do the bare minimum. They are not motivating to make you better. Someone at the school said "maybe if they pay them more it might be better" Which I disagree.
