The venue is located in a non descript plaza but luckily I was able to get a good spot. The place is intimate with a lobby which leads into the theatre. Lots of chairs were cramped in. No place for a wheelchair though and only one exit door - could be a fire hazard. The cast consisted of children of all ages. They did a great job and had a ton of fun performing. Another major issue was the performers did not wear microphones. It was very difficult to hear the dialogue. They gave out very professional looking playbills. I think some alterations must be made for the whole thing to come together for safety and a better performance experience.

Bill did a good job getting the action low but he forgot to stretch the strings out and the guitar was completely out of tune by the time I got home. For $148 and an hour long trip that was pretty inconvenient. I could've fixed it myself, but I decided to leave it with them anyways to correct it. Got a call back the next day saying it was ready, picked it up, lo and behold it was still far out of tune. I just unlocked the nut and did it myself. I'm sure it was an honest mistake, twice. unfortunately it isn't something I can pretend didn't happen. On the bright side, guitar plays good now, but if I could've gone back I would've just done it myself. Hopefully this will help someone out there save some money.

Despite that experience, I enrolled my child in lessons at the school. For several months, everything seemed to go smoothly. As the parent of a minor, I take my responsibility to ensure my child's safety very seriously, and I would typically wait outside the lesson room during sessions. After approximately seven to eight months of lessons, the owner informed me that I could no longer remain outside the lesson room and that lessons would not continue unless I waited elsewhere. This came as a surprise because it represented a change from what had been accepted practice throughout our time there. Given my personal comfort level and my commitment to my child's well-being, I decided to seek instruction at another school. In the end, moving to a different program proved to be the right decision for my family, and we have been very pleased with the experience. My feedback to the owner is simple: transparency and clear communication regarding policies can go a long way toward building trust with parents.
