My husband has been working through on staff on and off for the last two years. every single position they put him in, they mess up his paycheck. he either doesn't get it, they can't find it, they mess up his direct deposit, or his money is not in the account on time. Now here we are in the middle of COVID-19. They worked him for four days out of the last six weeks. And then today when he supposed to get paid? poof !! they can't find his check!! shocking! And when he asked about it they seemed completely unconcerned. oh well there might be another batch of checks coming Monday. Might be?! Pay day is Friday!! Going to OnStaff is NOT a very wise career choice unless you want a job that is in manufacturing, and you want work that is repetitive and factory standards. I worked with a couple agents and Megan was the absolute WORST. She was rude and didn't say anything of substance, nor did her tone or demeanor elicit any sort of accountability or professionalism. I strongly suggest you try and find employment NOT through OnStaff. If you have any sort of education or trainable skills, don't go through OnStaff. I'm not sure what these negative reviews talking about rude people are all about. I've been working with OnStaff for a long time and they've been nothing but polite, friendly, and efficient. They specialize in factory and manufacturing jobs, which I've been looking for, and they've been very patient with me as I've tried out different jobs until I found the one that was a good match. I think the people talking bad about them didn't want to admit that they'd made assumptions and got their facts wrong, and they want to take out their personal failings on a good company that's helped thousands of people find the right job for them. read more

Going good so far, pretty repetitive, but there are a lot of nice people there. Fairly good for an entire level job.

Horrible. The staff here are incredibly rude and condescending, as mentioned in other posts. Also, I had noticed they take more taxes out than other businesses. When I asked about it, I got yet another condescending response: "That's called your state and federal taxes." But what makes it more suspicious is my W-2 for taxes claimed I made far less than I did through them. Might be worth looking into. read more

Stay away from Onstaff! They will take a huge cut of your pay and work you like a Hebrew slave for pennies...these cheapskates even charge you for the drug test. All they care about is how much money they can make off of you. I worked at a Denso for a week..I have to say it was one of the worst working experiences Ive ever had. Low pay for the work being done, and the air was toxic..it irritated my nose and throat. After raising concerns over the air quality and other issues I was brushed off. Low pay+Longs hours and weeks= Dont waste your time with this place. read more

I dont know where they are finding they're recruiters but lauren was extremely rude towards me for asking simple questions, asked to talk to supervisor and got a and I quote "are you serious?, ugh hold on" and Bob the supervisor said nor did anything about that. Sure this company will place you but you better hope you dont get the flu because bye bye assignment, no compassion shown by management or the recruiter I had. Absolutely unprofessional. They actually wanted me to go into work with a fever and throwing up. No room to be a human here better work like a robot. Fair warning. Also you'll just have companies overwork you then end your assignment before hire in, plenty of people I know have had that happen through this place. Absolutely pathetic. There are way better staffing companies around kalamazoo. If someone actually does something about this I'll change this review but as for right now fair warning this place is SKETCHY AF read more
