They got the carpet in in record time and juggled their installer's schedule, so the room looked great just in time. A couple of months later one seam began to show. It was only a short seam in an out of the way spot, so we didn't really care, but Carpet One insisted on sending the installer back to redo the seam. Great people to do business with. In fact we were just there today to pick out some tile for a new kitchen backsplash.

So I Google places and found this gem close to our city. They have a little bit of everything like fencing, cabinetry, lumber, shingles, flooring, concrete, and more. Plus, they have the best prices around on flooring. The lumber eh it was around the same pricing as the big box stores. Will be visiting again when we are ready for the next flooring.

Their language (MF this and MF that) was so loud my neighbors could hear it. They left cigarette butts on my driveway and yard as well as leaving large sections of gutter downspout in the bushes in front of my house. Mike came to my wife during the install and said he forgot to include something in the bid and had her give him $50 dollars to cover it. Thats not right. After the install was partially complete at 14:30 on Friday we were told someone would be out to pick up the pile of old gutters in front of the house that afternoon. The we received a text telling us it would be Saturday. No one showed up Saturday. we texted no response. Was finally able to reach Mike Monday. He came and picked up the old gutter material and said he was going to get his blower and would be back. That was 10 days ago. I cleaned up their mess. I would give them zero stars if I could. Also the roofing company that recommended Scotts to us came out during this and saw the mess. They were embarrassed and very apologetic for recommending them.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR with this company. There's a reason they're the "lowest" cost in town. They do lazy work, don't bother to smooth or fill any holes. We had brand new LUXURY carpet installed in the bedrooms of our new house, of course there's globs of dry paint we found later stuck in the middle of our carpets. No contracts or estimates were ever created or signed- POOR customer service, from Cherri to Tony. Racist comments were made SEVERAL TIMES from Tony himself and his staff even commented on it. I hate that we paid them as much as we did for such a lousy job. Will NEVER recommend. They have "two" pages when you look them up- I'll be sure to leave this comment EVERYWHERE

Much like a MAGA or Trump flagHonestly, it made me hesitate before I even opened the door. Once inside, I mentioned how it made me feel to the woman at the front desk, and another woman sitting in an office about ten feet behind me, with her door open, overheard and laughed. Whatever the intent behind the vehicles, laughing at a customer who raises a concern isn't acceptable. Beyond that, it says something about how this business is run that management lets employees take up prime customer parking right at the door.
